Unacceptable customer service, Taylor was extremely adversarial and wouldn’t take my return or help me in any way. Glasses were purchased at Dulles departures gate so I was unable to call or go back there to return. I hope Taylor enjoyed her little power trip, I’ll be in to mention it to her manager who she claims is on vacation. Seems this store runs the same scam over and over based upon the other reviews.

The worst customer service you can ask for from any sunglasses hut! During the holidays when they close at 6PM, I got there at 5:30PM and the young hispanic woman that works there, Donya, I believe that was her name (got from other mall associates) refused to open the door. She just remained standing in the store on her phone with the doors locked until her shift finishedr. If I did that at my job I would be fired but some places love having lazy staff for some reason. I have been trying to return a pair for sunglasses for weeks now and nobody at this store has been able to help me out. Every time I visit the store, it’s something different. They won’t take my return (within 30 days, no damage) no matter what for some reason. Last time I was here, Donya told me to come the next day at 1pm when the manager is there, when I got there the next day at 1pm, Donya says “she’s not here she left”… but she said to come there at that time… useless false information from Donya. It’s coming tot hat point to where I’m pass my 30 days to where I have to keep glasses that I don’t want and have been trying to return all month!!If your going to buy sunglasses here, it has to be one that you are forsure keeping because once they get a sale, they don’t give a F about you!! Horrible customer service from the super lazy employee, Donya. Or whoever the young Hispanic female employee is. She is horrible with customer service and tells the wrong things to customers!! If I come back later and she still has a job here, then this place has failed as a business because she WILL keep customers upset

I purchased mine at a sunglasses hut and the Medusa emblem fell off less than 4 months after purchase! I’m very meticulous about caring for my sunglasses and they still fell apart.Be prepared to spend more money for replacement parts

The young lady who helped me out at the Springfield Mall location was very nice. I had called to inquire about a pair of glasses and she found them, set them aside and even price matched the glasses to the website price difference. Once I met her in person she was very friendly and professional. Very happy with my visit.

Always a cook place to pick up some nice shades. The staff actually told me what I was able to do in order to get the glasses for 25% off. But it involved using a Macy's credit card. Didn't want to do that but I was thankful. Always a nice selection of glass. I found what I wanted but out of my price range for the time being.
