Nearly every pump is broken and the “operating” ones are far from working as intended.

The car wash needs attention. The undercarriage wash didn't come on. At the end when the dryer was blowing, water was dripping down and getting the vehicle wet again.

Don’t purchase a car wash at the pump…the car wash will more than likely be broken. Need air? Likely broken too. Try to call them? Refuse to answer the phone. This place is downright awful.

Very nice and professional staff. If you want to know everything little thing wrong with your car for the VA state inspection, go here. If you want your car to pass, go somewhere else!

Air and vacuum have been down for 3 months. Would you trust a place that hasn't fixed those issues with fixing your car? Me neither. Take your business elsewhere

This is an okay gas stop convenient for drivers on the Fairfax County Parkway. Prices are usually in the middle--not the cheapest place, but not the most expensive, either. There is a small convenience store, a propane tank exchange, and a car wash, though it isn't touch free. The crowds usually aren't too bad. Though out-of-order pumps are frequent, it doesn't usually impact the lines. Some type of gas is generally available, though I have been there at times when only premium may be on offer.

Lines are not long... Got gas!! Cars must be thirsty... Took forever for people to fill up. When I was leaving, I saw at least 4 pumps not being used. It is because cars were blocking the entrance closer to Fairfax County Parkway. People need to learn to line the cars up strategically to maximize the usage of all the pumps and reduce wait time for everyone. When the gas station is on your right, go to the 2nd entrance. The first entrance is usually where the line is.Also, it seems like people are waiting in the line where the pump is on the same side of the gas door on the car. This created longer lines with cars blocking the entrance of the gas station. When I pulled up, there were probably 10 cars in line. I pulled up to one if the pumps, and I was next in line! ? Maybe people are not paying attention. ???I got the 93... Wow!! ? $26.43 for 6.975 gallons! ????

This review is for Hall's Corner Automotive, which is the auto-shop associated with the Sunoco Gas Station at 7320 Gambrill Rd in Springfield. Their number is (703) 569-2393 - it's different from the Sunoco gas station's number. You enter the auto shop by first entering the gas station market. I've been meaning to write this review for awhile now. It's time I shared the details about one of the best kept secrets in Northern VA. My family started bringing our cars to the mechanic team at Hall's Corner Automotive back when this was a Mobil Station, in the early 2000s. For about 20 years we have trusted the team there for everything from auto-inspections and oil changes to more substantial repairs. Corey, Rick, and the other mechanics are honest, trustworthy, and highly skilled. They aim to ensure your car is safe to drive and will communicate clearly with you about the state of your vehicle and what they find during their work. They are straight forward and operate with no frills. There are times it's a routine visit and my car is good to go; there are other times when they advise me that in the next 10,000 miles or so I'm going to want to consider getting a certain part checked; and there are times when they advise me to move forward with a repair immediately. I brought my first car to them with my Mom when I was 16 and now I'm in my 30s living in DC, and I still drive back to Springfield to get my car serviced there because I trust they have my best interest in mind and will ensure I don't find myself stranded on the side of the road. You need to understand that this is a small business that has been serving the community for a long time. This is not a Jiffy Lube or auto-dealer; they don't have a ton of people there to wait on you. The best practice is to call them at least a week in advance to see if they can take your car on a certain day. Explain that you're a new customer and what you need done, and see what they say. Show up when they tell you to show up (usually first thing in the morning), and be prepared to leave your car for the day, or however long they say they need it. The peace of mind that comes with a mechanic you can trust is priceless. I can't recommend the team at Hall's Corner Automotive enough!

Their pumps never work correctly. Avoid if possible.

I have used Halls corner service twice in the last month; once for a nail in a Front tire and once for a Virginia state emissions check. For both occasions I called first to ask when a good time was, then showed Up as directed. The tire was fixed in 7 min, and the inspection was squeezed in before lunch. Corey is a smart technician, gets done when he sez he'll be done, and keeps the customer informed. I recommend this shop & will use them again. Call ahead and find out when they can help you -- you won't be disappointed. Rick M.
