Worst experience when getting car inspected. Inspection takes forever waited multiple days over and hour ending up just leaving couldn’t wait longer . Finally ended up getting inspection done after waiting over 2 hours . It should not take this long.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!! Cannot thank these men enough for their work. We were stranded during a road trip home and they got us right in, fixed up and on our way within hours. Couldn’t be more grateful!!! Brad even reached out a few days later to make sure all was well, phenomenal experience!

The worst customer service at the register, this Indian or Nepal guy was so rude and disrespectful, one of the mechanics had to come and help because of this staff member disgusting attitude. As a google guide I don’t recommend going inside this gas station . Horrible and unsafe conditions, saw mice running around the snack area that’s why they keep it behind counter. This place is run by a 3rd world country and it shows , don’t eat anything from here as I saw with my eyes rottens !

The guy with the beard helped me with a request that took him 2 minutes (would have taken me much longer). The best part, he didn't even charge me for it. His kindness turned me into a loyal customer.

I always do my Inspections and emissions at the Saratoga Sunoco Gas Station;
The people that works here are great and they have unbelievable customer service; after they fix your car; they check on you every couple weeks; thank you Brad ; and Banny.

I’ve made multiple mechanics look at my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, and they kept telling me what was wrong, but never were able to fix it. This includes Jeep dealerships. I took it to a local Offroad shop, and they suggested I go see Brad at Saratoga. It was a 45 minute drive, but I gave it a chance. I’m so happy I did! He fixed things I was told can’t be fixed, and he did it with speed and accuracy. He repaired my ABS module and programmed it, multiple cylinder misfires, O2 censors, and other random “Jeep things”. He checked in throughout the repair process, telling me exactly what to expect and the cost upfront. It was a fair price for a person who obviously knows exactly what he’s doing when others have failed. It was done RIGHT and what exactly I was hoping to be done. He even followed up to make sure to make sure it was going well afterwards. Dude is a wizard!

This gas station is a skip from the Fairfax Parkway and a few exits from there will get you on the beltway. I think it's most popular for it's respectable price in comparison to other gas stations as one moves deeper in to Lorton. It definitely gets crowded at the end of the month during inspection and emission times.
But, all in all, I've found the pumps are all always working and I never have to wait for a pump. It's safe and well lit.

Excellent customer service, affordable and same day completion as promised. I was visiting from PA and was taken in the same day for brake service. Brad gave my vehicle a complete diagnostic look and informed me of urgent work and things to be mindful of. He followed up several days afterwards to ensure my vehicle was doing well. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town visiting my son for follow up work. Highly recommend!
