Excellent customer service, affordable and same day completion as promised. I was visiting from PA and was taken in the same day for brake service. Brad gave my vehicle a complete diagnostic look and informed me of urgent work and things to be mindful of. He followed up several days afterwards to ensure my vehicle was doing well. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town visiting my son for follow up work. Highly recommend!

Great service! This place is busy every Saturday, but now I know why! I got an emission inspection and an oil change, and this team worked efficiently to get me out quick!Also, Brad, the shop lead - professional and knowledgeable - personally followed up with me a few days later to ensure my service was exceptional. I’ll be coming back for sure!!

Got my state vehicle inspection here. The inspector was friendly, the location had a clean waiting area, (not that it was really needed, the process took 15 minutes) and had a dedicated lane for state inspections.Will see them again next year!

I recently contacted Brad at Saratoga Sunoco seeking an estimate for new tires & alignment, synthetic oil change, state inspection. His estimate was reasonable and we set up date to have all work performed. I appreciate that Brad has always made time to talk with me about needed work. All work was completed in a timely manner and I am a happy, satisfied customer. I like the neighborly feel of having my car serviced by a local professional!

Hey please dont even take u r car at that place the manager is name is brade i took my car there yesterday to fix his tire but the reason i fix my car because the tire is not good and he was charging me $200 very expensive and also my tire not even fix i will complain about him and i will take him at court in nex few weeks and not sunaco will be open at that place also my two uncle is working at government one is lawyer and second one is officer police i recording his voice yesterday he was not nice two at and he will gi at jill very doon and no more sunaco will be open at that area any more mr brade u will be at jill very soon

Best shop in the area! I took my car to different mechanics and none were able to figure out my electrical issue. Brad took the time and after he found out that my car's dash cluster had a interupted wire, he replaced and reprogrammed the whole thing, getting my car inspection ready.This is the type of mechanic you want to deal with!

Called asking about emissions and safety tests. Stated I needed those, as well as an oil change. Was told that services were first come first serve but could drop off vehicle. Got there and the guy at the desk said they don't do drop offs for emissions test on the weekend. So, they need to get their team on the same page.

This place is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY GAS HERE.Their gas is consistently 30-50 cents more expensive than all other gas stations nearby. But today I had something bad enough happen that I would call it a flat out scam.I went to get gas and selected regular, priced at 3.50, put the pump in, and filled my tank. When I looked at the bill it charged me for the MOST EXPENSIVE GAS OPTION. It appears that it didn't register when I selected regular gas, and defaulted to their most expensive choice.It's is utterly ridiculous that is legally allowed to happen. Avoid this place at all costs.

My husband had a fantastic experience here. His car had previously broken down twice before he had to travel for work this past week. He was lucky enough to be only a block away from Saratoga Sunoco. He explained that he was traveling for work and was over two hours away from home. The technicians were very kind and worked on his car all day trying to diagnose and fix the issue. They were able to inspect the vehicle, identify the issue, and repair the vehicle all before closing. This allowed my husband to safely drive back to PA that night. We are very grateful to the team at this business for their competent service.Mark reached out this morning (one week later) to confirm that my husband's car is still running smoothly. We could not ask for better customer service!

4.5 stars, rounding up.My experience here started out a little confusing. I made an appointment via the website, and received a text from Brad confirming. But when I showed up, no one on site had any knowledge of the appointment. They were genuinely confused, and said they never took appointments for the type of service I was seeking, and there were several cars ahead of me in the queue. I was disappointed by this, but the people there handled the situation so well-- I showed the appointment confirmation, and explained I had made an appointment in hopes of guaranteeing a reasonable turnaround, and the person I spoke to (his coveralls said JD) was very understanding, and said that he would see what he could do to get me moved up the queue, and I would be called as soon as service was ready.I am especially appreciative of how this employee handled the situation because I am autistic, and I get a little agitated when things don't go according to plan, and when I can't establish firm expectations for the future (in this case, what time they would be finished). I know I sometimes come off as rude or difficult when I'm trying to navigate situations like this. But the employee treated me so well, he was very gentle and straightforward, and I felt like he was being sincere when he told me he'd do his best to sort things out, and that I would probably hear from them in about two hours. I don't always get treated with this much respect, because people often think I'm making a big deal over nothing, and I genuinely appreciate how I was treated today.They completed service within the predicted timeframe, as I was assured. Brad called me right away, and suggested additional service that made perfect sense based on my car's past service timeline, was up-front about the price and the the time-frame for the additional service, which was also completed in a timely manner.I do think they should probably improve internal communication regarding appointments, but in the end, that confusion did not ruin my experience at this service station, and I will use them again.
