TBI is what your lawn needs to be looking great. TBI was referred to me by a friend and I can’t be more pleased with the results. They are priced right and their delivery of service is top notch. Depending on your yard, it will take a few treatments to get your soil conditioned, but by the end of the first year, you will see major improvements. Follow their care instructions and you will be in greener pastures!

By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE known to mankind. I have been using TBI for 2 years. When they finish there Fall service an area of the property was missed. When I asked them to send someone out to look at it and confirm what I am seeing, there response was, will try and get you on the schedule in the next week or so. I again asked to have someone come out and take a look, and then the attitude starts. I advised to cancel my service moving forward, and they were happy to do so. To the owners, Stephanie drove off your customer. All the best in your future endeavors. I will seek another lawn care service moving forward.

We've used them for a couple of years and at first they were very good. The had a guy that was very knowledgeable and was able to solve any problem that arose then unfortunately he disappeared. This was followed by an a fall aeration last year in which no aerating took place, they did a little bit of de-thatching and threw some seed around by hand rather than using a spreader. I had them come back out to see that there had been no aeration as there were no plugs to be found. The guy that came out agreed that it didn't appear to have been aerated, they left and then nothing. I let the service continue through spring and early summer and now my frnt lawn is 70% dead and it's not from drought as this has been a pretty wet summer. I definitely looks like fungus or insect infestation and they just continue send out workers to sprinkle treatments without ever coming to the door to consult about the problem. I ended service today.

Poor customer service and disappointing lawn care results
I’ve been very disappointed with my experience with TBI Lawn Care Professionals. I signed up for their lawn treatment plan and followed it exactly, never missing a service, but my lawn still looks terrible. When I contacted their customer service about a lawn renovation (a service they advertise), the representative I spoke with showed very little concern, had low energy, and told me I would need to wait over a year for someone to come out. That response was extremely frustrating and left me feeling like my business didn’t matter. Good customer service and reliable lawn care are important to me, and unfortunately TBI Lawn Care Professionals did not deliver. Because of this lack of support and results, I’ve decided to switch to another lawn service provider.

We have used TBI for over a year and we could not be happier. My neighbor recommended them when she saw me struggling with the weedy and patchy front lawn. Working with them is super easy. They come to treat the lawn, leave the instructions at the door, and we follow through the simple lawn care instructions. My lawn was hugely improved shortly after their first treatment. Now it's the second year and my lawn was completely transformed. Their price is very reasonable too.

I didn’t hire them myself, but two men came to do some work at two of my neighbors houses, and they tossed multiple pieces of trash in the street, clearly intentionally. Definitely actions that would cause me to stop using a lawncare company, personally.

Outstanding service and lawn care. The lawn has not looked this good in 12 years. We had other services but nothing compares to TBI. My neighbor has TBI and his lawn always looked fantastic. I waited too long to change services but I am very happy. They told me it would take some time to rehabilitate the lawn and not to expect it in one season but I could see enormous improvement by year 2 and now it is gorgeous. They know what to do...it was a patchy, weedy mess before. Now it is gorgeous.

We have used TBI for several years and have been very happy with their service. Our lawn is very healthy and looks great! I appreciate that they blow the walkways and driveway off before they leave. So many companies leave fertilizer covering the sidewalks and it’s not a good thing to have to walk through that.
