Sue and Ofelia is the best managers ever I seen. I have been banking with United for so long and never ever had banking experience like this. Branch manager Sue and her Assistant manager Ofelia made our business life super easier. They helped us to make the transition in our business accounts from another bank to United bank. They know the job and what needs to be done. Customer service is top notch. Sue and Ofelia is all the way above. I have banked with so many banks but these two manager( Sue & Ofelia) are the best so far ever I seen. Very reliable. Highly recommended.

The staff and service at the backlick rd branch is on point! They are reliable, responsive and very consistent with the services they provide for my business. Always there when you need them and give service with a smile. Definitely check them out for your business or personal banking needs.

I was at United bank in Springfield branch and the worker are so nice to me. I got everything I needed from them and they were very kind to me. I think I prefer that brach.

The teller staff here is excellent! I had the pleasure of speaking with Brittany when I went in last week, and she helped me correct my mistake and took the time to explain everything. She was personable, friendly, and very competent. I also want to recognize Mariela for helping me on the phone. She too was great to work with. Thank you all!

I don't recommend this bank , 3 years ago I did interview for a teller position until now they haven't called me yet to tell me anything , this is not fair , although I did the interview well , that's my right to get this job

Zero stars isn’t an option. Went in to exchange money and so my 2 year old could use the bathroom. Asked where the bathroom was because said 2 year old was about to pee herself and was told “bathrooms are for bank customers only”. I understand the bathrooms being for customers only, but I wasn’t asked if I was going to be doing business (the answer would have been yes), was just immediately shot down about the bathroom. Rude customer service.

I drove 2 hours to the bank to open a new account. I arrived and was told they could not assist me because it would take them more than a half an hour to set up a new account. Do NOT waste your time with the Springfield branch.
