Long lines, ugly customers and miserable employees. It all went down hill with passport processing and no segregated space to devote to this service. You can see something is off with how employees interact with customers. Drive to the Westfields location where everyone is helpful and pleasant. And, this includes thanking you for your business!

Services were mostly great at this post office. When I arrived at 2pm on 2/2, the nice post office rep who eventually helped me with the certified mail that was being held for me was extremely helpful and accommodating. She also assisted with helping me with the change of address under my maiden name. I did the change for my married name weeks ago but realized too late that I needed to do one separately for my old name.My only complaint is with the lady who deals with passports. Before I came to this particular post office to pick up the certified mail that was being held for me, I was told by the nice woman on the phone to go straight to the passport/hold mail line in the office for assistance. When I did that initially upon arrival, this passport lady was being abrupt, brusque, short and very obviously unfriendly without patience when she told me to go to the regular line without any explanations. Talk about rude. I think that person needs a class on what constitutes the proper customer service behavior in a job that deals with the public.Other than that unfriendly encounter, everything else was great at this particular post office. Would highly recommend if you don't have to deal with passports.

Mail goes missing and they don't want you to contact police because they know one of their employees is dishonest. Looks like they are falsifying tracking again and what seems to be changing addresses for delivery. I will call the police if I don't get my package by Monday 5th February. Amazon are also looking into this.

I have gone here for the past few years, and it never gets better. The workers are always always rude, snappy, and aggressive. I get anxious everytime I have to go here. I would avoid this location and try others if you want a pleasant experience with more complicated stuff like passport appointments. Dropping off pre labeled packages would be the only reason I still go here.

The employee was extremely unhelpful and wrong. They should read their own passport requirements before requesting unneeded documents with an attitude.

My mother is recovering from a cataract surgery and wanted to mail her passport renewal form, I already filled it out for her she wanted an employee to check over it before she sent it in, she was told rudely “we don’t do that. Even though when she was with me when I did mine she saw them do that for me and received the exact help she wanted. Guys if you all want a stress free experience avoid this place like the plague. If they are not willing to help an elderly retired lady who is partially blind because of an eye operation that needs to heal and is pushing 70 , what chances do we average folks have? If your employees are exhausted easily they should have more breaks not snap at customers for legitimate questions they should be able to answer. If you’re on the clock you should be on duty not trying to bounce customers to the next available person. She swears it’s because she’s a naturalized citizen and holds that if I was with her it wouldn’t have happened, I was too afraid to say the same lady barely wanted to hand me the passport renewal papers a couple of days previous.

The rudest customer service I’ve ever seen. Publicly degraded a man about reading a sign and then got an attitude with me when I told her this had a bad attitude and made a comment about my disability. She needs fired.

The clerk nadiyah was extremely rude. She should take a few classes on customer service. If you can, choose a different post office.

Nice clean post office, near lunch on a Thursday and all 4 windows were open! Staff was also nice and courteous. Great local post office!

This post office lost a package that was shipped out to me from Canada . I called and went there and they keep telling me they can’t find my package It was last scanned in Springfield post office . also can't help but wonder if someone that works here decided to keep it for themselves. They offered me $80 for the package worth and I told them the package is worth more then $300 and they said that’s our policy. It makes no sense I don’t need the money I need my package it something special to me.

Go to a different office unless the staff changes. I think anyone could come here and change someone else address without proof they are qualified. My brother died and I needed to change his address to mine. They didn't ask to check my ID or anything. Not even a "sorry for your loss." How hard is that? It's not like they were busy. Zero customer service manner. If you don't care about that, have at it. I better not have to go back to redo. Dealing with a death is bad enough without that. All those negative reviews? They earned them. Worse post office I've been to in 40 years.

Honestly just go to a different USPS. The staff there are just rude, I'm giving this a one star because of the lady at the passport section. I feel like she is racist towards other race but overall they're all rude.

Only 1 star because 0 is not an option!Phone system is useless!1. It is very bad at reading voices. I have to yell just to be heard and then it offers the wrong options.2. The options are not helpful. They only send you to generic info pages, NO WAY TO GET HELP!3. I’m trying to schedule a passport appointment. The system DOES NOT WORK! Again, no way to get help4. Where do I send the INVOICE for my TIME YOU WASTED with your useless system and to drive to the post office?
