I usually never write reviews but my experience here has never been good and this was the last time I walk in there. Used to come to this office back when I lived in Springfield but man that front desk lady has the absolute worst attitude for years. I get you been in the business for a long time but if you can't be nice just retire or find a new career. And since when did a post office close for lunch during peak hours. Whatever you do I would go to the next closest usps office if possible. I don't trust any of my packages with that lady.

I went to the post office. Before I left, I checked the website which said they are open. Google says they're open. When I arrived, there was a sign taped up that they close from 12:50pm-2pm.
I opened the door looking for a self-service kiosk, and the person working there said they were closed for lunch, which was not something I realized post offices did.

Aside from the lunch hour pause, everything else is fine~
Saturday hour is not correct on google map, went to the post at 13:50 and it's already closed.

This has to be the worst post office I have ever encountered. Today, the Out-to-Lunch was the last straw. What post office closes for an hour and 10 minutes in the middle of the day? It’s in a major location, a peak time, and there’s usually a line. Have at least two people working or have a self serve machine. I asked another post office their opinion, and they thought it was weird. What a waste of time and effort. I won’t be going there again. And, yes, I have encountered rudeness there in the past. How is this allowed?

I have been visiting this post office for the past six years. Today was the first time I noticed the reviews as I was verifying business hours due to holidays etc. I have had stellar customer service from Victoria since day one. I have no issues with the lunch times. Everyone needs time to refuel and has anyone else considered she’s on her feet all day usually working alone? Bathroom time? She is always the only one there doing everything. Things would be better if there were two people working. I am super satisfied with the service I have received while dealing with this office. May we all extend some grace regarding her lunchtimes and be thankful for her ability to run the whole show alone? Just my two cents.

Be forewarned: they’re rude to customers and they close every day for at least an hour (but sometimes far longer) for lunch. Terrible post office. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I can give them zero star . They really deserve zero star . The people work in the front so nasty and dirty attitude with customers. They need go back to elementary school learning how to be nice with people from teachers and parents.

I used the post office once and said never again. It is not worth dealing with rude or who knows racist people. I had to keep my self calm to not react to the cold and rude treatment from the older white man who works there. He did not acknowledge me even after I said: "good morning Sir." He took my package, scanned it, throw it in a box and just looked at me. I said: is there anything you may need from me sir, he said: No.I said, OK then, have a blessed day Sir. No answer, just kept looking at me. I made Uturn an left.?I am so greatful to God for not reacting to his attitude. I kept my self in control because I said to my self: There are so many unhappy people in this world, I won't let him affect me or my day with his negative energy.

Came to leave a review and couldn’t help but chuckle to myself. Seems like everyone else has the same experience here. This woman is so rude to everyone who walks through that door. Ma’am you clearly don’t belong in a position of customer service. Its a shame the post office keeps her in that position when there are so many kind hearted people out there in need of work. She may have something going on in her life, but there really shouldn’t be this many upset people walking out of a post office and hopping on google to leave a review. Smfh

I just had the same issue that most people had - white hair older woman closing 10 minutes before 5 pm and giving attitude to whoever had the audacity to come during business hours. She is btw famous in this area. Incredible her rudeness and overall demeanor.
