Kim was amazing! Made an appointment last minute because one of my nails painfully cracked. Maria helped me pick a pretty chrome color and soak the set off while Kim was finishing up with her client. Kim was so kind and patient while she did my nails. She took her time even though they were about to close and did such a wonderful job. 10/10 experience. Great people and fantastic work!

this was one of the worse nail experience. 0/10 honestly. I don't mean to come off rude but I asked for a simple baby pink coffin nails. how do you mess up something so simple. I left with about 5 different shapes on my finger, none of them coffin. Color is wrong, she cut them too short. Why didn't I say something whilst it was getting done? I did. Took them three tries to even end up with what I did. I would have preferred I was told they couldn't do what I wanted. I am actually so baffled right now. what a waste of $50

i usually have a good experience but i got my nails done 2 days ago and one fell off immediately so i went back to get it fixed and then the next day 4 more fell off and i spent 78$ and was late to work for this

I loved Maria, she was the best. She helped picked out a accent nail for my black dips, and she made me feel at home there. It was my first time there, and they welcomed me in. Honestly being a lgbt youth, still presenting more masculine then feminine, is hard. Its hard when people look at you funny. But no comments were made, no awkward stares, everything was just how it should be. Thanks again venus nails!!! I will be back soon and I will bring friends!Services: Dip powder

I called made an appointment few minutes before I arrived. The manager kept me waiting while attending to other customer that walked in while I was waiting. She was very rude unprofessional. When I asked what is taking so long to get to me, she said “ you people are inpatient. I wasn’t sure what she meant by you people is because I am a black woman with con-rows braids? The customer she took before me was a white lady. I guess a black women are not preferred customers at Venus salon. I had a bad experience.
