I signed up for Verizon based on a promotional rate, but my bill was higher than promised. When I went to the Huntsman Square store for help, they told me to call customer service. The agent on the phone asked to speak with the store manager, Khwaja Zahir Shahim, but he refused and instead called the police to remove me from the store. I was treated unfairly and still haven’t received any resolution. Extremely disappointed.

We came in and everything was explained very well. Wali gave helpful suggestions, showed us the best course of action, and took the time to review every plan in detail. We really appreciated his patience and professionalism and switching from T-Mobile was an easy decision because of him.

Went to pick up new Fios & DVR boxes, was offered a new free phone with, “no strings” wound up with new free phone, 3yr agreement, slightly lower payment - thanks for the heads up.

The Verizon Store located in Huntsman Square is a great place to do business. The location is convenient and the sales staff is knowledgeable and patient. We have bought our last 3 or more phones from this store and I would highly recommend their business. The Sales Rep was able to work around almost all of our issues and was able to get us the best deal for a new Iphone. Thanks.

Went into the store to open a new account. I was greeted by Justin. I told him I wanted to stay within Unlimited Welcome package which is $25/month and he told me that I can get Galaxy S24 FE for free with that plan for new line. So opened the account and came home. Next day, when I checked my plan online, he put me into Unlimited Plus plan which is $45/month and he also added mobile protection which is like $19/month and cloud storage as well which I never asked for. Scam. They say something in front of you but they will add all these features you didn't even asked for and more higher plan then what you asked for. Watch Out. Check your plans, features and other stuff before you leave the store. Or go somewhere else who value there customers and not lie in front of your face.

Added plans to my account without authorization and caught them in the lie. Lied about new devices arriving at the store via signed FEDEX delivery so other employee could work commission scam. Don’t waste your time here. Inventory is terrible, store is dirty, customer service is terrible. Go to a real Verizon store.

Haider and the folks at Verizon Springfield Huntsman Blvd are fantastic. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and they helped me navigate some issues with the corporate folks. I suggest going there for whatever your cellular needs are - you won't regret it.

Incompetent and horrible customer service. Went in two months ago to get an apple watch on cellular for my son. The employee opened an account and assigned a number but was not able to connect it to the watch and said it could not be done without a cell phone as well. He apologized (that employee was great) and immediately closed the account. It was open for maybe 5 minutes. Two months later I receive a bill for the account. I call customer service who cannot help me because they say they cannot get into my account and that I have to go to the store that opened the account. I just went to the store and they said they are not able to help me and that I have to call corporate. I asked if they could call corporate for me and they said they do not have their number. I asked for their names so I could document that I am trying to resolve this and not get hit with a late charge and the female mumbled her first name so I asked her to spell it. When I asked for a last name she refused and said she doesn't even work at that store anyways. The name she provided was Hafsa. Terrible customer service.

Sam was so incredibly helpful! We came in to inquire about a phone upgrade, and he had us in and out in under an hour with the new phone ready to go. He explained each option, the price breakdown, and provided an overall great experience!

Went to this location after experiencing a horrible phone call with Verizon support.
Lola was able to fix my phone in under an hour! She was kind, funny, and extremely cool. I’m so happy the guy over the phone wasn’t able go fix my issues so that I could come here. If you need any support regarding your IPhone, Lola is the one to hit up!

After a miserable experience with an IT Specialist on the phone last night, I contacted the store on Huntsman Blvd. I spoke with Lola, and explained to her what I had been put through. She said that I could bring my phone in and she would take a look at it. I got there when they opened, and in 30 minutes, she fixed my phone and removed a line that the IT Specialist had added to my account. She was very patient, courteous and professional. I will be needing a new phone soon, and that's where I will go to get it. Lola renewed my very lacking faith in Verizon.
