I absolutely love Dr.Currall. She takes excellent care of me and always returns my calls. Best Primary Dr. Ever!

Terrible customer service. I called their number to schedule an appointment and the lady who picked up the phone seemed annoyed and irritated from the get go for no good reason. She spoke with an unfriendly attitude and as if I owed her anything. I wonder why she works a customer service job with that attitude. One phone call was enough for me to not want anything to do with them.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Oshry, however the front desk is a bit rough. I get wanting to go home at the end of the day! I am a healthcare worker, I understand. But for example, I called with plenty of time before closing today to quickly make an appointment. I'm an established patient and the call should have taken a minute or two. But instead I was put on hold for 8 minutes as "first in the queue" until someone picked up at 5 pm (closing time) and says "sorry we logged out of our computers, call back on Monday." I'd have loved to call earlier in the day but didn't have the chance, and it's frustrating to have an issue and try to get an appointment scheduled only to be told they decided to finish up early. When I explained that I'd been put on hold and really needed to make an appointment, I just got a "call Monday, have a nice day!" If the front desk is not going to be available during opening hours, ok, but then perhaps the online portal could be updated to accommodate online scheduling. Again, the doctors are great, but this is unfortunately not my first time having trouble getting past the appointment making stage.

I had signed up for new insurance and need to pick a new primary care doctor to get " a referral to see my dermatologist" I already knew which dermatologist I wanted to see had the name, address, and phone number all written out. I was charged 350.00 as a "new complex patient" I understand doctors need to get paid but 350.00 is ridiculous for me to walk in and ask for a referral when I already have the information. Not too complex in my opinion.

Im scared of talking to that same receptionist each time I call them. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I dont want to give a bad review but since a few other patients already addressed this but nothing has changed, I just wanted to add another one here so the practice can work with the staff to improve their service.

Great doctors and nurses -- as for the Receptionist not efficient/ineffective.

Great Doctors, wonderful Practitioners, great answering service when calling for appt. HOWEVER; THE FRONT DESK, NOT SO MUCH!!! The front desk staff can't wait to give you the answer.... before you can finish asking your question!!! I wish they could slow down a bit and be a bit more patient. Importantly, Pls Get off texting on my personal phone, this is how mistakes happened to me and this mistake has wasted my time off work and cost me more $ for the incomplete procedure! I believe if people don't like their jobs, they should leave! there are always others who can that job!Since the Pandemic, people are burnout these days from date-to-date jobs, including doctors and nurses. Hope everyone takes time out and reflects on how good life --- after all, being above ground is good any day.

My wife saw Dr. Tripta Singh here and had an absolutely awful experience. She was very casually told in a HALLWAY, not an exam room) that she could potentially be having a miscarriage (she wasn’t pregnant…) and was then told to walk to another floor by herself to get bloodwork done. She called me in tears, so I called the office manager. She was very apologetic, and Dr. Singh called my wife and I and gave us a weak/scripted apology. Would give zero stars if I could, don’t ever come to this practice.

I 100% recommend VMA. As a new patient I felt comfortable and very welcomed by the staff. I was able to book an appointment over the phone, and they had availability that same week. The day of my appointment, their computers were down as they were in the middle of switching operating systems, but even with that happening/having to hand write everything, the flow of my visit was seamless. My nurse (Ingrid), and PA-C (Audrey Keen), were both very kind and welcoming. Wait time was minimal, I'd say between 10-15 minutes (it is a doctors office after all, so I thought that wait time was exceptional!) but they still apologized for any delay. The office was clean and masks are now optional. Overall, I had a great experience.

I have known two doctors here, never met anyone who was satisfied. Sometimes it looked like they only care about bills and sending you for blood work or lab.

This place is horrible. It used to be so great, and the staff used to be professional and nice. I called a week ago for a med refill (that was supposed to be done already because I literally saw my doctor a month ago and asked for them to add refills), and the nurse was talking to a coworker WHILE I was on the phone. It's now been a week and I'm out of medication. To top it off, I called several times today (normal office hours/day time) just to get a tone on the other end, like the phone is out of order or something? It's sad, because the doctor I see is so caring and nice, but the staff is awful. Super unprofessional and make you feel like an inconvenience. Like...if you don't enjoy your job...go get a new one. There are plenty out there. I hope my doctor leaves there, she doesn't deserve to be associated with such a bad office.

I am a new patient. However, i will have to find another place. This place has only one doctor. I called on Monday and was told to go to urgent care since their earliest available is Friday. In addition, they messed up my schedule. I came in one time per the appointment, but they sent me home because they missed adding me to their booking. Receptionists are not friendly. I wouldn't recommend my family and friends to go here.

The primary care doctors and GI doctors are great. I've been a patient for over 13 years and have had a few hiccups on the billing side where the billers haven't billed properly. If you have a prior authorization that's denied then the nurses aren't very keen on appealing the denials as it's additional work and getting a call back on messages is sometimes non-existent. I feel as though they are overworked and they need to hire more supporting staff.

I am shocked at the poor reviews. I've been seeing Dr. Currall for years and have found her to be caring, knowledgeable, and very helpful for providing referrals to excellent specialists. The office staff has always been professional and helpful. When they are on the phone with other clients, there may be a short wait to let them know you've arrived. During cold and flu season, there can be a bit of a wait to see a doctor,

After about 25 years we have walked away. Dr. Oshrey who my husband trusted immensely treated him like a second class citizen because he did not take the vaccine, the experiment vaccine. 2 physical appointments and both times berated. Never once was he given informed consent. Never. Only referred to as stupid. My husband's blood work clearly showed a spike in PSA in April and a few other things. He called the only to have a nurse call and say all was fine. He called 3 times and Dr.Oshrey never returned any calls. None. Many weeks later a referral came in the mail to a urologist. Guess what, there is a huge issue per MRI. And the blood work was the first indication, 100% ignored.I know Dr. Oshrey is sick of telling people to take the jab as he made it very clear to my husband last appointment. He has already had Covid and is not interested in the vax. No informed consent, bullying and a clear dereliction, of duty, much less a clear violation of do no harm. Was he discriminating and withholding treatment because someone made a personal choice about taking a vaccine that is still experimental? That answer is yes, otherwise is absolutely incompetence. Should have run away long ago, the referral girl never sent the referrals, never. Complained about that and they acknowledged it and gave a person above her to contact. This is a huge lawsuit coming, Dr.Oshrey I would think long and hard, about what you said to your patients And how you treated them. We won't stand for your discrimination and failure to uphold your oath. Consider this notice. Crimes against humanity. No return call ever, none. 3 calls and no return call ever. A referral in the mail many weeks later, many.
