Visionworks at Springfield Town Center offers eye exams for adults and children conducted by doctors with an exquisite bedside manner who take time to explain everything. The staff is friendly, professional, polite, patient, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They provide exceptional recommendations and are very helpful in picking out the right frames, offering deep insight into insurance benefits. The service makes customers feel respected and confident, leading to a lovely experience that many will recommend to friends. While most interactions are outstanding, there can be occasional exceptions in service consistency. The location provides a wide range of glasses and contact lenses, assisting with all eye health needs.
The service was terrific, and they helped us with an issue with our purchased glasses. But the store has no AC, and my baby almost overheated! In this summer heat, fixing the AC should be a priority; otherwise, it takes away from the great experience when you leave feeling dizzy, sweaty, and exhausted.
