I just experienced one of the worst experiences ever here, I was humiliated for no reason by the technician because my husband was on the phone and he took a minute to handle me my credit card. This should not happened, this was so unpleasant and I have been coming to Vivian’s for almost 4 years since I moved to the neighborhood. The technician accused me of not paying her when I was just getting my card. I feel terrible for this unnecessary treatment. I wouldn’t comment on the service I received because most of the time the techs in Vivian’s do a good job but this time .

I came to get my grad nails done and love how they turned out! My nails came out exactly how i wanted and my technician was very helpful.

I always come here to get my nails done. I called yesterday to see Dee( she’s is really good) and I was told she is available only in the morning. I rearranged my schedule and took the morning appointment. When I arrived , I was told you don’t have any appointment with her. It’s very disappointing. I didn’t have time to comeback so I took whoever was available. The new lady was kind and tried hard but what can I say ☹️ waste of my time and money. Be aware if you are just walking in.

Walking by the salon, I decided to take a chance and go inside. The team’s professionalism and the inviting vibe made the decision worthwhile. My nails look amazing, and I’ll be recommending this place to friends.

I never write reviews but I highly recommend Vivian’s nail spa! Anyone I go to is wonderful. I always get a gel pedicure and the service is amazing every time! It is always a very relaxing environment and I so appreciate that! I will be coming here for a long time! Thank you to all the staff for being so amazing!

This place! Unreal! I added the picture on so EVERYONE can see the disappointment! I asked for coffin nails I got square. I paid for coffin nails, and I also got square nails. I asked for a Rose pink color and she put on a nail polish that barely On my hands, the lady couldn’t do cat eye and they Advertise that everyone can do cat eye. I had another guy come and do them when I was telling him. The color was Light and I wanted a darker color. He started yelling at me so I said OK Whatever! When I was cashing out, I showed them the difference in the color of my nails and the one I want it and they got Confused their selves. I said when I was telling you, you yelled at me so I kept quiet. I paid $67 for these nails that not the shape or the color. I like then the lady says to me when you come back again I’ll give you a discount only to get me to go back again, which was ridiculous.

It was my first time in this salon and I would definitely return. The salon was very busy but I never felt rushed. My technician was very meticulous about my nails. The result was a wonderful stressless experience.

Although I had an appointment, they said ai need to wait for a technician to be free. Why did I take an appointment then? Lady who did my toes refused to put a light color under the French tips, she said that I would have to do gel which I didn’t want. The French tips were too think and looked weird, as the photo shows. I told that to the lady at the front desk but she had no comment. Never going back there!
