The cashier by the name of Aliyah was rude. Instead of checking me out since I was next in line she decided to scan an online order for a customer. Additionally I was doing a shipt order and told her to scan the Tax exempt barcode through my phone and refused. The manager was also no help since he kept saying I need physical card when I told him that I’m doing an order for shipt and even had support vertify that the barcode was legit. Then he proceeded to ask me for the company last name when I told him that’s where you enter my information and he refused. Stay away from this store if you’re doing a shipt order

This pharmacy has always been professional and kind. They explain when there is an issue with the script and resubmit it to my raggedy insurance when needed. Always a pleasant experience.

Brought in a prescription for my pet. Pharmacist told me it was out of stock, handed the prescription back to me, and said “sorry” with no offer to order it or check other pharmacies. She then went back to talking to her coworker. Called two other pharmacies that did not have it in stock, but immediately offered to order it for pickup within the next few days. I get it was the end of the day and she probably didn’t want to deal with it, but an offer to help out would have been nice.

Highly recommend this location, the employees here are very kind and understanding. Hussein(sp) helped me through a product/service issue and was very patient with me. Hard to find good customer service these days but this place has it.

I called ahead for a product I needed. They had it. They had it waiting for me. I passed on several Walgreens stores nearer my house because their ratings were much lower.

I have bad experience with cashiers. He always look mad at me all the time when i come to pickup online order . Last service 10/10/23 at 7:30 pm . I hope he does better service next time . I feel bad to pickup at this store all the time .

We were customers (victims?) of the Walgreens on Main Street in Fairfax for years, and had nothing but terrible experiences: rude staff, mistakes in scheduling refills, and the frequent promise a prescription would be ready at a given time, only to find out that it wasn't.Finally we got a dose of common sense and switched to the Port Royal Road store. The head pharmacist there is great - pleasant, willing to answer questions, patient; the rest of the staff lacks the surliness that seems to be a requirement for Main Street employees. It's still way more expensive than Costco, but for some of my prescriptions, it's been a very welcome change.

Nothing too exciting about Walgreens. Yet they can have items like deodorant, shaving cream, tooth paste, and razors. As I often realize birthdays at the last second, gift cards to multiple retailers and cards to include them in. That can be helpful. Also bottles of water or an occasional soda. The staff here are polite. They almost always have everything sought. Also to their credit, more often than not cheaper than CVS. That alone is why I prefer this chain. Here you'll find parking, and it's a nicely illuminated shopping center as well.
