Always give bad service since day1 until now. The service have never changed. The problem is don't have enough employees and all employees don't want to take customers. So,,,,, bad bank ever

This bank no longer offers walk-in customer service because a bank that doesn't blink at paying billions of dollars of fines for scamming customers can't pay enough to attract a workforce. Of course, the only reason I wanted to come to a branch is because their computing system lost account information and two hours of phone calls got me nowhere, so I figured I show the bankers the documents they needed in person.

This is branch bad. I went there to get a document notarized and the guy just looked at me like he didn't know what was going on. I had to go the branch on 8401 Old Keene Mill Rd, much better service there and more knowledgeable staff.

There are 2 ATMs outside the bank. If the line is long in one place then use the ATM on the other side of the bank.
