Very slow getting change. Atm seems to always be down. Pleasant people but i got things to do and doing a simple change request shouldnt take 20 minutes.

I manage a few Buisness accounts through Wells Fargo. This is the most lethargic place. Guest service urgency is a joke. You would think they would be a bit faster on Fridays but no. They don't care about that. Also such a poor communication staff. Unprofessional. Don't open any accounts with them. Take your money elsewhere.

Absolutely pathetic. Every time I interact with wells Fargo it makes me want to move my commercial account to another bank even more. This time I've discovered that in the year 2023 they do not offer one of the most basic banking features of an instant debit card onsite. Some things can't wait 3-5 business days, and in most things I can send/receive money in seconds. So why does it take 3-5 business days to get a debit card from Wells Fargo?

Very rarely need to go into a bank these days. Simple transaction that had to be witnessed, handled in an efficient manner.

Racist teller gave my wife a very had time when she went in to cash my check. 15 minutes of back and forth saying the signature did not match, until another teller stepped in and verified the check and signature.

What a fantastic branch. I needed to cash a “bunch” of savings bonds. They had one teller and could have sent me packing. They didn’t, instead they cashed as many as time permitted and then the branch manager called another branch who had more capacity. She scheduled a time for me at this bank and I was able to complete all my transactions. I can’t imagine better customer service than this. This team is awesome!
