Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Zee Dee Touch, one of the best contractors I've dealt with in the DMV area. The team was always on time and professional (cleaned up the site at the end of each workday). Most importantly, the quality of their work was amazing. Had a bathroom renovation in an older condo building with some issues. When initially meeting with Boban he assured me that it could be easily remedied within a reasonable timeline. He was correct and completed the job two days ahead of schedule. Also, the price (quote) and timeline he provided outmatched his competitors. My wife and I are very happy with the project's outcome, and I can wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone else. Now on to the kitchen with this team, Lol !!!Service: Home renovations

Zee Dee Touch did an excellent job with our kitchen! They were professional and asked questions when needed. Boban came by to ensure that everything went smoothly, and Alex did a great job managing the on-site work. We will have them back for any future projects.Service: Remodeling

8/18 - 8/19/2021 We have used this company on behalf of IKEA kitchen service. Workers did their job but customer service was terrible by the owner. I wish I could record our phone conversation.First IKEA said we could reschedule assembly and installation service when all the pieces not arrived or damaged. So I scheduled the service appointment. But when I call this Zee Dee Touch, he doesn’t necessarily want to reschedule and said they could come back. Later I found out it needs to pay additional $250 for revisit. They didn’t give me an option to reschedule.Second, one of their worker used our bathroom and later I found out it is not working. It could be happened but they didn’t informed me right away and leave it as a dirty toilet which it is a little hard for me to understand as a adult who has a common sense. Next day when I found out, I brought up this issue. The owner called me back.( I had other guys in my house. One is my big brother and the other is his worker who has been working for me for 2 months.) He listened from his leader and didn’t ask me what happened. He was so defensive and even said to me to talk after he finished talking. He kept insisting how he knows it was because of his guys if there were other parties. So I said I asked them(my big brother and his worker). He couldn’t believe me nor my big brother said and repeated he can’t be responsible about it. I asked his name for the future reference. He said he is owner and I can find his name on website or on email. Finally he hung up the phone. He said he couldn’t waste time anymore and email to the office.Workers are working average or good enough. But customer service of this company was terrible. Whoever is ok to be treated this way, no problem to use this company. ( I have a few more things to say but no time to write longer. But I would like to leave a comment for someone who has common sense like me)Services: Remodelling

They know what they're doing when it comes to kitchen renovation and design using IKEA cabinets. Great work from start to finish from design and planning to ordering and installation.

Igor and his team were amazing. I ordered IKEA cabinets and he is a certified IKEA installer. Cabinets are great, flooring was great, and he fixed a plumbing issue in the wall. The best part was his communication. I prefer to communicate via email, so I can cc my wife. I am also very direct in my communications, no BS, so is Igor.

We had an unexplained bulge with paint cracks in a plaster and lath wall in our townhome. Zee Dee Touch was very prompt in communicating with us in getting an estimate and setting up an appointment. The installers came right on time and were very friendly and professional in their work. They checked out the damage with me, verified that there wasn't a water leakage issue, and then performed the patch as promised and left a very nice, smooth wall. Great first experience, looking forward to working with them again.

These guys did a great job, and I love my new IKEA kitchen! The crew was very professional, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Dusan was my assigned project manager. He was very easygoing and great to work with. I requested they preserve my existing quartz countertop, and I was very impressed they were able to do so! I had a lot of other contractors say they could not save it. Zee Dee Touch also had the best pricing out of all 3 quotes I received. So happy I decided to go with them. If you're looking for quality work at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this company!

Zee Dee Touch did a great job installing my IKEA kitchen recently. From the original measuring appointment through the final touches on completing the installation, the company was responsive, thorough and helpful. They clearly know the IKEA products very well and I recommend their services if you're considering an IKEA kitchen.

Igor/Damir and team did a fantistic job! They were the best part of our Ikea kitchen installation process. Igor proactively identified errors in the ikea purchasing order in time for us to order the additional parts prior to our installation. he found problems that multiple Ikea kitchen planners and representatives had missed. Damir and his installers were courteous and professional and their workmanship was excellent. Having installed my own kitchen cabinets in the past, I highly recommend this team if you don't have the time to do it on your own. It's worth the cost to come home from work and have your kitchen perfectly assembled and installed in one day.

I was in need of a contractor pretty quickly when the last contractor flaked. I put in an inquiry on Yelp and was promptly contacted by Igor at Zee Dee with a rough estimate that was well under what the last company quoted me. Igor came to do our estimate and made it easy on us by telling us we could move all of our storage things to the center instead of outside of the room. He sent us a full estimate within a day, and explained the pricing to us. They told me it would take 2 days (the last people said roughly a week or two) and finished up in the time frame given, and the work was superb! They were incredibly easy to work with, friendly, and did awesome work. I highly recommend the team at Zee Dee Touch. We only had one room finished, but if I ever need work again in the future, I'll definitely be using them again.

Igor de Zee Dee Touch arrived early! That rarely happens. He was efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable, and he assessed and understood the situation immediately even though he walked into nearly a blank slate. He provided good suggestions, found a few problems, and conducted his work efficiently.

Boban with Zee Dee Touch was extremely professional and did an excellent job of explaining the process of measuring for my IKEA kitchen installation and answered all of my questions.
