At 1:45 pm on February 8, 2024, I walked into the store directly to the counter to buy cigarettes. The lady working the register would not look up from her phone to acknowledge me for approximately 1 and a half minutes while she finished her telephone conversation. During this time, I exchanged glances with the gentleman behind me where we both shrugged in disbelief. Her unprofessional behavior is not indicative of the service that I have come to appreciate at this location. This one star review is solely for this experience.

Always has the cheapest gas, always clean, always has squeegees, fluid and towels. The food isn't as good as the competition bit it's a better gas station.

I'm very much a regular of this 7-Eleven as it's close to my home. Just this evening I went in there, attempted to talk to the guy working there, (gentleman with short Gray beard, black baseball cap) and he couldn't have exuded more disregard for my trying to talk to him if he had earmuffs and horse-blinders on! I said something to him about it in remarks that I was a regular customer here. (I'm always polite and humble in demeanor. -or try to be.) He said: "Well, don't be." Rather than avoid this most convenient establishment for me. I intend to call this guy to task verbally as many times as necessary perhaps in front of others until he straightens up his act. He also told me: "This isn't the Ritz." I think some people aren't cut out for customer service, yet they choose employment where they're saturated by interactions with the public, and we all suffer for it. Update: the owner called me and made it right!

The few times I've stopped in, I've had a good experience. This particular location seems more spacious inside than most and offers a good variety of snacks.

Seven Eleven is always an odd place. Particularly this one. Pretty sketch when the sun goes down..Employees are pretty nice though. I only go here as a LAST RESORT, or if I want a BIG GULP and make small conversation with strangers.

Nice 7/11 in a good area but there are certain staff members that you have to watch for while shopping. They will pretend to be fixing things on the shelves and they aren’t. They are trying to see if you are going to take something. This isn’t the first time I have seen something like this happen at this location. Just beware everyone. #NotEveryoneSteals

Passing through the area, I was only here for one short visit. That being said my impression of this store is that it is typical of others without anything noticeably positive about it.Outside, 8 fuel pumps are available for use. Inside, the store was a little disorganized whereas the restroom was noticeably dirty.

Very confrontational! Around 5:15 pm... I picked up 3 toquitos only to learn that they were cold. I came back in to let her know that wanted to use microwave. She told me that I was the couprit that grabbed them from back of grill. I explained that I grabbed what I could find on the grill...that she does not have a sign to tell me otherwise. She told me that I should use common sense. Yes, I was irritated. Then, a male employee, was sweeping, counseled me on accepting that I was wrong and move on ... that is what they do in the military. That she got me! He handled himself well, as he tried to difuse the situation. Regardless...if I was right or wrong ...I did not deserve this treatment. I could have let it go but...why...put up a sign! I hate to think I am going to get chewed out for something ekse at my next visit. By the way I am 62 yr veteran. Thanks

I stop in to this 7-11 often as I'm on the way home. Gas prices are always competitive and it's easy to get in and out, and back onto 610 west.
