The general manager told me he was gonna call the cops on me because I asked for their names after the lady that works there told me to get out the store when I was trying to buy something mind you, I have 2 bags and I asked you used the br I did take 5-10 mins because I’m on my monthly cycle I even told her that then I wanted a slurpee and the flavors they had was nasty so I said ew and let me throw the cup away and then she asked me to leave I said why if I about to pay for something and she said cs she was scared and didn’t know me. Girl you work at a overnight location ofc you not gonna know me then the man wanted to argue with me too and told me never to come back

If there was an option for ZERO stars I so would. I have never written a review for a gas station before mainly due to the fact gas stations aren’t always the greatest but something has to be done better management or provide bathrooms or less hours for staff I don’t know but I’ve been here a bunch of the times due to me living so close. And WOW all employees got a stick up they ass so hard they get disrespectful when your just asking for gas but god forbid you say something back your in the wrong some how, they throw boxes and snacks everywhere, Indian dude really needs to take a look in the mirror before he goes off insulting someone when they have done nothing wrong but walk into this location. At this point I rather drive 2 mins down the road to Wawa to not deal with this dusty basic place shame on them!

CARWASH BAY in need of serious Maintence. Have told sales associates numerous time of things not working or needing attention.Under water carriage spray does not operate, there is a burst/large split in the hose. You only notice it when it is turned on and water is going thru the hose. But when in use it a large constant gush and waste of waterMissing pressure heads, that just pour water out.ALL of the roller brushes on all sides need replacing they are dirty and missing parts on them.Carwash bay is in need of an overhaul, parts need to repaired, replaced, and maintained on a regular basis.Waste of $20 getting a car washed with an improperly maintained equipment.Have asked the clerks numerous to record to either the store owner or manager to get it serviced to no avail.

READ--> Says 24/7. Came around 4:05am 07-29-23 and doors are locked. Nobody inside. Very unhappy. Came back 12 ish hours later for gas because they advertised cheapest price in the area on both Google and their sign and was told "sign is stuck, sorry" and refused to change pumps to the advertised price. When a gas station in Fredericksburg couldn't serve any gas besides PREMUM (normally $1 higher almost), they let everyone get premium for normal 87 price. This 7 eleven is a scam. They have done this false advertising numerous times in the past but i felt financially secure enough to dismiss it and move on. No more!!! Management are scum.

This 7-Eleven is not the one I grew up on. It is a gas station convenience store more than it is a 7-eleven. Conveniently located right off the 143 exit off 95 right on route 1 in Stafford. Pros: convenience, they have a car wash, and the window cleaner wipers are filled. Cons are the hand sanitizer dispensers are empty.

Customer service here is awful. The cashier has no customer service skills at all. Please hire someone who can help customers and not argue. They claim that they except Apple Pay, but they don’t. I’ve been going here for months now and there machine never has work. After notifying the cashier of this issue, they rather yell at the customer then fix the issue. If u like bad customer service and rudeness then go here. If u like great customer service I would go to Wawa.

Evening associate (male, long dreadlocks) has zero business working retail, customer service or with the public at large in any capacity. He especially has zero business acumen to work for the family that owns this small business. Because he works overnight shift he knows he's unsupervised by management. He believes he can have a terrible attitude towards the customer, intimidate customers, be petty and argumentative with customers, ignore customers that ask for help, blatantly deny service for no necessary reason just because he's petty and knows no one from corporate or management is there to address his wrong behavior nor immediately hold him accountable for his disrespectful actions towards the customer. Drunk with the little power he is allotted.This is a long standing family business that have worked hard to earn a decent business in this community. Too bad the overnight associate is working hard to destroy it's reputation brick by brick one negative customer experience at a time.

If i can give zero stars i would !! As a former employee DO NOT APPLY HERE EVER AT ALL ! He does not want to pay his employees their hard earned money due to an at home living situation i was forced to relocate i did 3 days of training and he denied me of my pay and told me “because i didn’t give a 2week notice i wont be able to get paid “ and legally that is impossible he keeps ignoring my text messages and calls do not work here and they’re struggling on workers anyway i see why !

As a former employee of this specific store. I have been trying to reach out everyday sense leaving this place not receive my earned pay. The manager who is in charge of that is refusing and has refused to answer any of my questions calls or texts. With the understanding that this is 7-11, I sure as hell do not support them and have contacted their corporate along with reporting them as a whole to the labor board.
