I am thoroughly appalled by the lack of integrity and professionalism I recently experienced at this store. I selected three items, fully expecting the total to be around $10, as indicated by the advertised prices. However, when the clerk processed my purchase, the total inexplicably came to $14.
When I rightfully pointed out that one of the items had been incorrectly charged, the clerk flatly refused to adjust the price to match the clearly marked sale price on the shelf. This blatant disregard for customer fairness and transparency is unacceptable. Rather than tolerating this deceitful practice, I opted to return the item and purchase only what I truly needed.
It is infuriating to encounter a business that so shamelessly disregards its own pricing policies, effectively attempting to overcharge loyal customers. Such unethical practices are not only unprofessional but downright dishonest. In an economic climate where consumer trust is paramount, this store’s refusal to uphold basic standards of honesty is disgraceful.
I strongly urge other customers to scrutinize prices at this location, as it is evident that they may not always reflect what is advertised. Companies that engage in such underhanded tactics do not deserve anyone’s business, and I sincerely hope this one faces the consequences of its actions.

Stay away from this place . My poor husband caught food poisoning from eating there nasty taquitos . He been out of work for two days now

I went to the store to get coffee, the store was very nicely organized and clean, bathroom was very clean and the customer service was awesome.

This location NEVER has hot food cooked in the cases, they are always empty. From 5am until 7am during the morning rush, it would be nice to grab some wings, hotdogs, pizza or maybe even those Jamaican meat pies for a little something to eat. However this location NEVER have anything in the case. This is why people bypass this location and go to the Wawa further down the road. This location is right a hotel and they would probably get more business if they had food cooked.

Asphalt surrounding store in need of resurfacing. Way TOO MANY potholes throughout the parking area as your drive in from Route 1. Had to navigate the parking lot for the various pot holes!

The owner of this store is rude. I used to go there everyday as I work very close, my daughter went in there also one day and he was very rude to her. Told her she wasn’t allowed to pay cash, that’s all she had. He then proceeded to try to not give her any change. She’s got social anxiety so the fact that she went in by herself and came out almost in tears for the way she was treated is appalling. A week later, he did the same to me, a regular customer. Told me I couldn’t pay cash. I haven’t been back since and I won’t go to any other 711 store because of my experience at this one location.

Unreal how awful this 711 is. From charging me double the price of water to their pos charging my card and declining it. Horribly rude and mean manager who would scream and yell at staff and even slow and inattentive to customers. Dodge this place and head down to wawa. They got people who atleast wanna take care of you with better prices and a pos system that won't try to steal from you.

Expired salad and milk that goes bad today. Updated: Yes I can give more details. THe chicken ceasar salad specifically in the "fresh" case in the back of the store was past expiration date. I found one chicken ceasar salad within date but in the bottom of it some of the lettuce was dark brown. And in the refrigerator case on the far right side at the bottom, the whole milk in the quart size bottle expired the day I was in the store. I had to dig to the back of the case to find a quart of whole milk that had a few days on it to give to my toddler for her meals. Pretty sure I was charged a higher price than marked for both but I was so disgusted and ready to leave I paid and left. The date of my visit was Weds 26 April 2023. This is a nasty store.
