I cannot say enough good things about Zone Auto Tech! From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. Raul was incredibly professional and took the time to thoroughly explain all the work that needed to be done on my 2017 Explorer. He made sure I understood everything before proceeding, which I really appreciated.
What truly impressed me was the transparency and attention to detail. After the repairs were completed, I received a comprehensive post-repair report that included detailed descriptions and photos of all the parts that were replaced. This level of documentation gave me complete confidence in the quality of their work.
The pricing was another pleasant surprise. I had gotten a quote from another shop that was nearly double what Zone Auto Tech charged me. Not only was their price fair and affordable, but the turnaround time was remarkably fast considering the scope of the job.

came in today to get a small leak fixed, came out with 3 more, a quote of 1700 and a million questions. considering I got all of these things replaced 2 years ago I have a hard time believing they didn’t do this. I’ve been under my truck hundreds of times and some how I haven’t seen any of these things? after the mechanic test drove it, it came back exploding coolant from the radiator keep in mind this has literally never happened before. This is the first time I’ve seen a hose, and or a radiator leak from this truck. And keep in mind I had the entire engine bay swapped and fixed 2 years ago, so as to how this happened im not sure

Took my 2017 Dodge Durango to this repair shop. Everything was fine until what they claimed they fixed was not fixed. They kept my truck for two weeks. Week one they checked the fuel pump for them to find out it wasn’t the fuel pump. Week two they said it was electrical issues. Said the fuse box needed to be replaced. Claimed they replaced the fuse box only to pick my truck up and end up broken down a week and half later with the same issue. Had to pay money to have it towed back to the repair shop for them to tell me that it’s having electrical issues again. Then I find out that they replaced the fuse box but did not replace the fuel pump relay (which is apart of the fuse box) because the truck started. Not to mention I paid for the initial service closed out my ticket when I picked my truck and now they are trying to add on labor fees from the closed ticket because they claim they made a mistake. This place is a joke and now I’m out of close to 900 dollars and left with a truck that still doesn’t work.

Honest Review
I genuinely enjoy the atmosphere at this shop. The staff seems to truly make an effort to assist their customers without any judgment, which I appreciate. While they weren’t able to help with my specific vehicle situation, they were upfront and honest about it—which I respect. Transparency goes a long way.

I’m so happy with the service with Zone Auto Tech. I have them serviced my GMC Yukon XL cooling system and they fixed at no time. Mr. Raul guaranteed if something goes bad, I can always go back with free service. I’ve been shopping around within Stafford, Woodbridge, Fredericksburg, Virginia area and Zone Auto Tech is the most cheapest, honest, trustworthy company and knowledgeable mechanics. They even gave us a free ride to pick up our car. If you need a mechanic, don’t waste your time looking around, it’s worth the drive to visit Zone Auto Tech and have them fix your vehicle without hassle or worrisome. I strongly recommend this place.

I went into this place and told them that I couldn’t figure out what was going on and my car wouldn’t start on cold mornings. They Found the issue immediately when no other mechanics could figure out what was wrong. They did the work at a super fair price. These guys are awesome my new favorite place.

This place is non customer oriented. I will never take my car back. I took my vehicle here to get headlights changed on a Durango. I had the parts just needed them installed. I originally had 4 lights that would need to be installed and was quoted at an hours labor price over the phone which was $110. I agreed and made an appointment. When I get to the auto place the boss Raul is on the phone, grant it his personal cell. My daughter and I waited until he got off his call to address us. We stood there for 12 mins with no acknowledgement. We checked in and the car was pulled into the bay. After having the car 25 mins the owner comes back and states I have the wrong lights. I was shocked but he did show me the lights that were needed. He then told me he would charge me half of the labor even though they didn’t perform the service of installing new lights. Now grant you, no one wants to be charged for work that isn’t completed, but of course I paid the fee. The owner Raul then says if you bring back the right parts, I’ll only charge you the other half of the labor. This at least made me feel at ease knowing that to retain my business I would only have to pay the other half of labor, for a 4 light install. Fast forward to the day the lights come in and I’m headed over to the shop to have them replaced. The lady at the front desk states he charged you $50 for one light. I explained to her that No, I just paid for half the labor upfront and that today I’ll just be getting 2 headlights replaced instead of the initial 4 quote. She says well the computer shows he charged you for headlight at 50 bucks. She then proposes a deal of $75 to install the 2 headlights. At this time I’ve been riding without a front headlight almost 3 weeks. I agree and then she takes the invoice over to the team sitting in the car bay to begin work.
One of the crew members move my car into the work zone area. The crew member doesn’t even know which set of lights are fog lights and which ones are headlights. I’m baffled now. I’m saying to myself how in the world can you be a car technician charging an absurd amount of money for labor and this is such a small service and you don’t know how to change out a headlight! Needless to say they take 27 mins on one head light, they leave my vehicle untouched for 10 mins just sitting there ( I have video proof) then once they began working on it, the 2 crew members are going back and forth on the installation process. I checked in at 140 pm. They didn’t let the hood down on my car until 250 pm. The 2 employees were laughing as one of them acted as if he couldn’t pull the light out. Ensuring it took 1 hour to change 2 headlights. So I ask you, do you think the technicians were incompetent at how to put in a light bulb on a dodge Durango, or were they stalling just to ensure I paid the full amount of labor for one whole hour?
Either way, this was highway robbery and as I stated I would never bring my car back here. I wrote this long review to inform all the hardworking citizens in Stafford, to save your time and money and find another car shop to do business with. This place is very unprofessional, non courteous, and down right rude!

Michelle at the front desk and Raul the owner gave exceptional customer service. My vehicle had major repairs done. Raul had my truck in and out within a couple hours. Parts needed were delivered the same day! Price was extremely economical! I will definitely be coming back for all my car care needs!

As a daughter of a mechanic, I can say that this place is my go to. My check engine light was on for the EVAP system and another shop simply diagnosed everything from the charcoal canister, purge valve, filler neck, and mass air flow sensor to be replaced. Zone Auto took the time to do the research of common problems as well as evaluating what my vehicle actually needed. She's running as good as when I bought her now with no check engine light!
After that, I decided to become their newest employee. See ya'll around!

Highly recommend. Raul and his team gave my 96’ Bronco a multitude of upgrades. Nothing but good hard work and fair prices. They know what they’re doing and kept me updated throughout the process. Definitely will be my go to for the rest of my time here.
