Sandy was recommended to us by our real estate agent Trisha McFadden. She was on top of it from the initial conversation all the way through. We Very knowledgeable about VA loans and handling 100% disabled vets. The process was seamless and we were well prepared when closing cAme around. Sandy Grimes and her whole team is absolutely phenomenal! I have worked many deals with America's Choice Mortgage and they are hands down the most hard working and diligent lending team I have ever seen. Last week, I had a deal that was suppose to be closing with a bigger bank as the lender. When my client and I found out that they hadn't been doing their job and we would not be closing on time, my first call was to Sandy. Sandy immediately took over this file, her and her team worked countless hours to make sure my clients were able to purchase their dream home. Without the America's Choice Mortgage team, this would not have been possible. I am saying all of this to say, if you need a new lender on your list, Sandy should be the first person. Having a lender that you can count on and call when everything is falling apart is crucial in this business. There is no one that I trust more with my clients, family and friends!!!

Buying a new home is always a stressful experience, especially the financing part. Sandy and her team will see you through. You many not be able to just go to the local bank and get a loan like the old days, but you can get a similar experience with Sandy's team. They are family run and they know their way around the business and the Northern VA market. They will keep you pointed in the right direction getting you the best rates and keeping an eye on refinancing opportunities going forward. They are responsive and patient. We were pleased with the outcome.

I can't say enough about Sandy, Samantha, and the team at America's Choice. Buying a house upon Army retirement and during the COVID-19 pandemic was stressful, but their team worked through every incident (and there were a few) as if it were a minor annoyance.
