No callback when scheduled an appointment, can't send money internally, and phone reps are hard to understand. My 1st month with Truist (a bank) and I most definitely see why people stick to credit unions. This was a horrible experience.

Currently in line with 2 employees working the front windows. One is working the front. One is working the Drive-Thru. I've been in line for 27 minutes .There are eight of us in line now (I'm still #3 in line) and two employees who aren't doing anything in offices. If you're in a rush or value your time, I would not Bank here. They clearly don't care about the time of their customers.

I had such a bad experience dealing with this bank. I would not recommend it to anyone. I got frustrated and waited for 2 days and no body followed up with me. I was the one calling them and getting status. They promised to call me and I waiting the whole day but no called me and the. I called them and they said yes we have update for you and at the end they said you are not approved. Why you wasted my time any why you don’t value your customers. I will never even try to enter this bank.

I opened a checking account thinking it was going to be convenient for me having it since branch location was closer than me current and oldest checking account. It turned out that 2 weeks later my account was closed with out any type of communication (I found out by not being able to log in online) so I called, I was asked to stop to a location and when I did they only gave me the option to open a new account or withdraw the remaining cash left on my account. The bank was suppose to deposit $400 after I met the conditions from a promo run by them when I opened the account.I filed a complaint over the phone and still trying to get a clear explanation on why this happened, super inconvenient and now is a waste of time making phone calls and making trips to the branch.

I have been trying to reach bank for 4 days now and just keep getting recording. I am outraged because I had surgery and can’t physically get to bank. I will be changing my bank.

My 4-star review is for Diana (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her last name.) Diana is the branch manager at this location. I had moved from Stafford to Fairfax and my tax return check had been sent to my BB&T account, the bank had only my previous address listed in their system so they sent the check to that address. I called the Stafford branch very early in the morning and a few days prior to speaking with Diana, I spoke with a male rep that sounded dismissive and didn’t seem to have patience to deal with my problem. I was feeling frustrated having to deal with the IRS as they had me go back and forth between the bank and the IRS until I finally called again spoke with Diana, she was very courteous, professional and she actually listened to my situation. Same day she called me back saying she had information as to where the check had been sent and helped resolve the issue. Diana went above and beyond to assist me in this matter.I am so very grateful for Diana, someone who actually listens to their clients/customers and helps. Thank you, Diana!

Average below 2.5 stars should tell you everything. They don’t have a coin counting machine at ANY of their locations. They only accept rolled coins. Staff is clueless as to why random service problems happen, which are frequent because truist is god awful.

The people here are completely incompetent, they are lazy and really don't seem to know what they are doing. I applied for a home equity line of credit and they don't seem to care if they get my business. I have called and left messages for the loan officer and NO ONE has called me back yet. To follow up, the women who work at this branch are absolutely useless

Nothing negative to say about service, but just noticed that the drive thru hours posted on Google say 9AM - 6AM. Which I think was probably meant to be 6PM

On Sept 10 ~10am we came to this location to open a new account as we recently moved to the Stafford area. 4 women were working, 1 teller, 1 at the drive through, one helping another customer, and one in an office who walked through the waiting area several times while we waited. No one greeted us. No one asked if we had been assisted. No one said a word. And elderly customer came in and asked my husband who he was waiting for. He said that he wasn't waiting for anyone in particular and that he was there to open a new account. The customer said "oh, you need to talk to her (pointing an associate) and she is gonna be a while". Still, none of the bank employees even acknowledged us. Waited a bit longer and gave up. No one spoke a word to us as we left. The lack of service and frankly, rudeness, made the decision to not open what would ultimately have been 5 accounts (IRA, money market, business checking, and 2 personal checking) with this bank easy.

Slow slower slowest.....they wont or cant open up the third lane ever....we went to pnc and navy credit and dont regret it at all.....we only come due to our sons finances, he is overseas....
