Wow where do I start.Late oct 25 I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Paid in full with NavyFed check. I neogeated a better sale price so, I'm due 900.00 back. As 12/05/25 I still do not have my title. Big problem NavyFed is now going to make this a personal loan if paperwork is not produced soon. I have called and emailed still no paperwork. How are they NavyFed approved ???

I bought and financed my car here today, and the experience was honestly better than I expected. Bob was incredibly patient with me the whole time. He answered every question clearly and made sure I understood everything before moving on. You can tell he really cares about helping people feel comfortable during the process.
As soon as I walked in, CJ welcomed us with such positive energy. He made us feel comfortable right away and kept the vibe friendly and upbeat.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Toyota Camry. I have to give very special recognition to CJ. He was very professional and did everything he could to make sure I was a happy customer. I really enjoyed working him. I have no complaints about the car. Before we left the dealership they cleaned my car to the point you would think I had purchased a new car rather than a used one. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to purchase a car.

Decent inventory, but absolutely avoid this dealership. Sales staff initially seemed professional and knowledgeable. However, the transaction process was appalling. They offered a discount based on our pre-purchase inspection, then refused to honor it at closing. Clearly thought because we liked the car, they could force us to pay more. We refused to play these unscrupulous games. The contrast between sales floor professionalism and finance department dishonesty was shocking. Save yourself the frustration—their good inventory isn’t worth sacrificing your sanity.

Scammers. The “owner” Bobby was very rude, disrespectful and arrogant. Not to mention he sounded like he had a mouth full of you know what. Dodged that bullet and found a wonderful car, for a better price elsewhere, that didn’t try to scam me out of a $3500 down payment. Hope karma pays you a visit
