I sent inquiries through two different car sales sites about a particular car and never heard back. Like a week later they had upped the price by 3k which puts it way beyond what the car is worth for the age of it. Maybe someone is driving it there and doesn’t want it to sell? lol Either way, horrible communication and won’t be looking there for a car now.

Bad and worst experience . Bought 2015 Toyota Sienna on March 28 2024 . With lots of repair promises which never complete. Sold car with lots of hidden repairs which not informed. Whenever you call for delarship for complaint or about repair people never pickup the phone or says they stop working here . Never recommend

My partner and I bought a 2016 Honda Civic 6 months ago at this dealership, which, the carfax seemed to be fine, it didn't say that the car had an accident, everything was going well until then. The first month after purchasing the car it had a strange sound in the engine, we took it under warranty and the only thing they told us was that it was the normal sound of Honda cars, and two weeks later the sound of the engine began to be too loud, When we took it back, they said that it no longer covered the warranty because for them it is okay to only give 3,000 miles of warranty, which is absurd! They never gave us any solution, when we called the insurance, they told us that this car had been crashed and that part of the transmission was damaged, they never gave us a solution and now we are paying a debt of 14,000 dollars for a car that is useless! DO NOT BUY IN THIS PLACE! THEY SELL DAMAGED CARS.

I purchased my vehicle a little over a year ago. I’ve been eyeing Cadillac CTS coupes for awhile, before I stumbled on on for sale at Car Legends. It looked good inside and out especially for its age, and it had a good clean history. It was low miles and priced fairly. I was even able to get it for a lower price. Ron and Erika were a pleasure to deal with. I traveled over an hour out of state for the car. Their communication was great, and everything I requested was done promptly (videos, additional pics etc). It needed a new headlight (not bulb) and it was provided at no additional cost. I was late with getting the car inspected in my state, because life gets busy, and they provided another temporary tag to hold me until I got it inspected so that I could get hard plates. Thanks again!

Erica and Shaq, who helped me with my purchase, went above and beyond to try to get my rental car returned locally, with Shaq driving me to first to one defunct location and then another—and this service was volunteered by them! When I pointed out a couple of wheel sensors weren’t working, Shaq took the car to a nearby tire shop and replaced not just the two bad ones, but all four! Erica is really personable, super efficient with the paperwork, and I’m super happy with my purchase! Highly recommend Car Legends!!
