Got a phenomenal deal on a 2016 BMW. Be prepared to negotiate but that’s going to be anywhere you go. Also they put no work into the vehicles but offer lower prices. You get what you pay for.

Hey People Carline Auto Dealer in STAFFORD Virginia is no longer in Business They will not be responsible for problems that they may have caused you. I may have been one of the few that really had a CINDERELLA STORY. So unfortunatel I hope for some of you that you will be able to get your Tags and plates. From the DMV

"James" the manager (his real name is MUSA SIDIQI) verbally threatened me and also found my social media page to threaten me. Bunch of little kids owning their father's business. They are a deceiving rude sketchy business. Inspection sticker on car was rejected, never explained why. Also they didn't give a Carfax... they kept saying they will give it once the deal was done. They don't know how to negotiate even when they say they will. Then they get off topic and unprofessional. To make matters worse the manager MUSA SIDIQI threatened to physically assault me because I laughed at his offtopic insult towards me. They then ganged up on me and my boyfriend. I felt scared for my safety it was the craziest most unprofessional encounter I have dealt with. They are immature and childish. They never showed the Carfax, they refused to negotiate, they got off topic and insulted the customer (me). Then got into our faces and threatened to physically assault us. The business is sketchy and needs to be looked into. Nothing addedup and they are very unprofessional.

don't do it. No matter how good you think the deal is, that is not what you are actually getting. This company is full of lies, blatant and to my face. They willfully withheld information. They refused to answer questions that were important to my purchase. Sales boys completely ignore instructions from the supervisor. I have had to drive long distances to correct their repeated errors at least four times. They won't take payments over the phone or use electronic payment systems. They won't answer what extra payments are for. They won't explain where fees came from or what they cover. This is all from one, single car purchase. They take advantage of people: single moms and desperate situations should run far away. Just.don't.do.it.

They will make it seem like they care about you but they don't, they just want your money and trust me they will waste your time and take advantage of you . STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT YOU SHOULDN'T go here if you are looking for a good car that's reliable .

Like many others here, CARLINE made a lot of promises and failed to meet them. My mistake is that I didn't check the reviews on here (Yelp), google, and BBB before going to this scam of a dealership. To keep a long story short, we agreed to purchase a vehicle at an agreed price. After shaking hands with the manager "James" Sidiqi, I left my father there to complete the deal. We went at the opening hours and my father didn't leave the dealership until the doors closed. They kept advising that the vehicle needed cleaning.. or so they claim. Seven hours later, as the doors were closing, they gave my the papers to sign and rushed him through it. My old father, on good faith, believed they were just trying to leave and get the day over with as he did. However, they completed and sent him home with a buyers order with an incorrect price ($3200 difference) that was more than even what the vehicle was listed for on their website. On top of that, they sent home and knowingly not giving him copies of all the documents; so he was missing many documents. As many stated before, good luck trying to get a hold of any "managers." I was given the run around every single time. I managed to get a Stafford County Sheriff involved to help me obtain the rest of the documents. The Sheriff was able to obtain multiple incomplete documents and contracts with missing dates and dealership signatures, however they all contained my father's signature. This was why he was not sent home with copies of everything, the contracts were never completed and only signed by my father. Once you fall for this, it becomes a long drought out civil issue. Fortunately, I have time on my side and have a Civil lawyer close to my family that is prepared to take this case to court. But beware, dirty selling tactics and work ethics here. Those writing positive reviews, after dealing with them - I find that a laughing matter. They have to be family and friends. No one in their right mind would go to this dealership. What you need to do should you fall victim to any of their dirty tactics: - Contact VA motor vehicle dealer board @ To help you obtain any missing documents and to make a complaint about fraud. - Contact BBB @ To help make your review public and possibly help you solve your problem. - Contact VA Office of Attorney General @ To help assist you with possible legal actions. -Be prepared to go to Civil Court. Be prepared that this will be a long process. Best of luck to anyone reading this. If possible, just avoid this dealership at all cost. It's worth paying a higher price at a bigger or well-known dealership to avoid the stress and headaches.

Place is a joke. Constantly making buyers jump through hoops. Refused to give out managers name and gave me a fake name instead, after a little research it wasn't hard to find his real name and the mass amount of complaints, even a few police reports against this company and its employees. "James" AKA Quais Sidiqi made nothing but false promises and flat out lied to my face about tagging my vehicle. Missing parts to the vehicle (owners manual, memory card for radio, shift knob) were promised to be in "the back room" awaiting purchase of the vehicle and would then be turned over. Once I signed all my paperwork I was told they didnt have them, they had to order them and I can come pick them up in 2-3 weeks. Still dealing with issues from them. Avoid at all cost, if it's a good review it's most likely fake or a friend of an employee.. More than willing to update my review if this business decides to right its wrongs.
