Stay FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN !!!!!! they are rude , lack professionalism, untrustworthy, and the greatest of all time scammers . they take advantage of people in their time of need . they sell used cars that have a plethora of problems . they harass you by calling you 24/7 if your one day late along with emails and texts . they make broken promises that they know they can't keep . this organization needs to be looked into by the BBB . or shut down effective immediately. oh and did i mention that the positive reviews are FAKE !!! they pay you 20$ to leave a good ? review. should have listened to the bad ones .oh and good luck with trying to get a hold of them with issues with your vehicle . they get a 5 star rating with lacking communication.

UPDATE: Google says your dealership is temporarily closed. This might explain why I’ve had a hard time contacting you. I hope everything is okay.I’ve tried reaching out to them multiple times to inquire about a 2013 Volvo XC60 but the only response I got was an automated email saying it was available. I scheduled a virtual appointment with them for today to do a virtual inspection of the vehicle (I mainly wanted to make sure there was no rust on and under it as the auto check report showed it came from the northern US) but no one jumped on the video call. After about 10-15 minutes I hung up. After the video call I tried on multiple occasions to reach their sales department by phone but no one answered the phone. I guess they don’t want to sell me a car.

Don't. Do. It.We got a vehicle back in January. VIN number had been wiped clean and no reports of ANY vehicle repairs. The engine was shaking upon starting the car up.Took it to my mechanic the first week we had her. Over $600 in repairs and NONE covered under warranty. (We paid $2000 for a warranty in the contract)Fast forward to now- car needs a new engine. It's not drive-able. The car is under warranty still. We called last week and got the run around. Said we just want to be put in another vehicle with similar mileage and price. The guy LAUGHED at us and told us we need to pay $1000 to have it towed and $2000 down for another vehicle. NO WAY!!!!! NO HOW!!!!!!!Contacted the BBB and went to the courthouse with all the voice recordings, repair receipts, and our written contract that both parties signed. We gave them a LONG chance to make it right. This place is a scam. Don't get a vehicle. You will have to pay for ALL repairs and the vehicles VIN numbers are illegally messed with! *****CAUTION*****

0 stars. Andrew at Caspian took my deposit / down payment on a Friday and sent me a receipt. On Monday, Caspian accepted my income documents and told me I was approved for the loan, then Andrew gave me the final numbers over the phone. Andrew explained to me that the warranty was included in the $999 dealer fee. Though most dealerships don't charge this fee, since the warranty was included in the $999 dealership fee, it was acceptable. Andrew gave me the final numbers over the phone and everything was as expected. When the final paperwork was sent to me to sign, there was a service charge of $2999 on the loan documents that was never discussed. It was explained to me that the service charge was for the vehicle warranty. I talked to my salesperson and a manager about removing the service charge (warranty) and they did. In place of the service charge was a charge for $1400+ that they called a finance fee. I was in disbelief. But I was ready for the process to be over, and I agreed to pay the finance fee. So Caspian sent the updated loan documents to me and I signed them that afternoon. I assumed the deal was done and presumed I'd be able to pick up the keys on Tuesday. I contacted my salesperson and after consulting with his manager they informed me they were awaiting final decision from the bank. Tuesday afternoon, instead of going to pick up the keys, I was informed they sold the car to somebody else. It was explained to me that it was because I didn't want to pay the service charge (warranty) of $2999. Now that I realize how intentionally deceptive this dealership is, I am so happy to not be doing business with them. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY.

NEW! October 2023 REVIEW, im a top Google reviewer with over 20,000 views.Don't do it, vehicle stolen, out of pocket expenses to recover and restore, mystery insurance claims that benefits them , wants another down payment ( and the car i've paid to restore) for a safer vehicle, Holiday time don't do it. Easy to get in, easier to get scammed.

We had a great experience buying a used 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Adrian Castro at Caspian. Adrian was incredibly friendly and helpful and the buying process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend buying a used car from Adrian again.

Update 10/04/2023:It's funny that you claim it was stolen. It's still posted available on multiple platforms, and the price has been lowered. So sketchy!!!!!!Original post:I urge you to take heed and believe the recent negative reviews. If I could give them negative stars, I would. We test drove a vehicle that would have cost over $19,000. We were told that it would come with a 6 month warranty. They wouldn’t take a personal check (understandably) so we put a deposit on the vehicle and scheduled an appointment to come back with a cashier’s check. After we left, we received a text message with a digital version of what would be the contract we would be signing. In big bold letters it indicated that we acknowledge that we would be purchasing the vehicle “As Is”. We called and discussed this and said this verbage didn’t make sense if we were getting a 6 month warranty. After discussion we told them our stipulation was it needed to pass the Maryland inspection for us to purchase it as well as getting the 6 month warranty that was promised at the test drive. When we came back at our scheduled appointment and reiterated that we would not purchase it unless they would guarantee that it would pass the Maryland inspection. We were told that they would guarantee it would pass the Virginia inspection. They even offered to register it in Virginia for us. Why on earth would we register it in Virginia & to what address would we register it to if we are Maryland residents???? We’re still baffled by this.At first they agreed to allow us to take it to a Maryland inspection location as long as we gave them the address of where we were taking it. We immediately got on the phone and scheduled the inspection and forward via text message the name/address/phone number of said inspection location to our sales person as they requested. A few minutes later we were advised that they would guarantee that it would pass the inspection and said that they would go get the vehicle. We sat for over an hour while they frantically searched for the vehicle. Different employees going in and out, looking in different lots (apparently there are 3 lots). Finally they came back and told us that they couldn’t find it!? How on earth do they lose a vehicle??? We were told that “they don’t want to waste any more of our time” and would call us when they located the vehicle. The rest of the afternoon and evening go by & no phone call. The next morning, no call. My husband tried calling for over an hour (choosing different options on the automated message ie: choose one for sales, choose 2 for service, etc.) No one would answer the phone. I then called and they magically answered (I feel they recognized his number, but wouldn’t answer. But of course have no proof of that.). When I inquired on the status of the vehicle, I was told they still hadn’t found it…. that sometimes employees are allowed to take vehicles home, so they’re checking with all of the employees to see if they have it. Okay, employees taking inventory home, I understand…. But, they’re allowed to take vehicles that already have deposits down on them, and they don’t keep track of which employee has which vehicle?????There are so many parts of our experience that are strange that I couldn’t make it up! This place is so sketchy I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy…. thankfully they did give us our deposit back without any argument. We have begun our search for another vehicle. I can guarantee that this dealership is off our list of potential businesses to give our hard earned money to.

This place is a JOKE!!!!! I got the car everything was cool with insurance being included, not even thinking about how everybody is connected throughout this whole business! They made me tow my truck back to my house myself just to come take it and not fix any issues or keep me posted on the insurance claim after someone vandalized my truck!! They claim they got 5000 back but put it towards the car payment without my consent, charged me for the transportation of the vehicle and a key when they picked it up without giving me a rental like they promised and still wants 2k for a new car from my pockets .. no way! I would never trust a dealer in Va again!!!

I just purchased a car from Caspian yesterday! The process was very quick and easy from start to finish. They were honest and easy to work with! They have a lot of great affordable and reliable cars! I have recommended three people since I pulled off yesterday! You won’t regret taking the time out to start your car search here. Ask for Erika or Zeydi!

I would like to say I just got a car from this dealership, so far my car has been driving well. But what I would like to bring to attention is the customer service and communication with employees with customer. For other a week, I have been communicating with numerous dealers at Caspian Auto about one car that I had my eye on, my dream car. I picked a day to pick up the vehicle. I was approved, had completed all my paperwork for the car, I also received texts and calls from Caspian Auto asking was the day that We agreed for me to pick up the car was still correct. Every time I said yes. The day I head to the dealership( coming a hour a way) as I was seated with a dealer, and gave them my information I was informed that the car that I been waiting for all week was sold the day before. I received no text, no call, no email or anything. All they said was” first come first serve” then pretty much forced my hand to agree to a different car. I feel as though what’s the point of asking me if I’m coming if anyone can just get the vehicle. Another thing about this dealership, majority of everyone speaks Spanish which is not a problem, but when I am doing my paperwork with the dealer, the dealer is continuing to leave from me, goes outside, talks to they’re other colleagues. If you are working with someone. Handle what you are working on. The respect for customers is terrible. I feel as though this place is just worried about money, and not if the customers are even happy with the vehicle that they are coming to purchase. Customer service is key at places like dealerships and they lack that completely. On top of that, not only was I the only person informed the day arriving that car that I was looking at was sold, but three other people was going through the same issue. If you sell the car, ok, but at least have the respect to tell people who were interested that someone came before you. Yes people maybe mad, but respect and informing people goes a long way…

I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by Bryan Moran. He was willing to assist me in finding what I needed for the car I purchased. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale. Thank you Bryan for your help!!

Customer service was amazing. I have relatively low credit and was able to still get approved. The service was fast and they were patient. I highly recommend for anyone needed are car and for anyone who thinks they can’t get approved to come and give it a shot.
