Covenant's staff (Jerry Faulker and Charles Christopher) proved compassionate, professional, and efficient. We knew what we wanted and neither of them pushed for anything beyond. They were clear and patient in answering questions. We appreciated that Charles came to our home to discuss and formalize our arrangements.
