Would do negative stars if I could. Seems weird that people would sign up for a job like this and then act like helping people get their prescriptions is an inconvenience to them.

My only complaint is for the pharmacy. I have had my medication called in twice over the last year and both times it's been transferred to another CVS. I'm not sure what meds they do carry, but clearly it's not enough. After reading so many reviews it appears this happens frequently to others as well. I went the first time when there was one person being helped and no one else. I stood in plain sight of two other workers who just ignored me for about twenty minutes,, laughing with each other and carrying on. No customer service at this location.

I always have a great experience with this pharmacy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shelves are arranged neatly. Store is clean. This is my go to pharmacy. Very convenient. I highly recommend it. I also ordered pictures from my phone and picked it up here many times before. Great customer service. It has a drive thru for anyone in a hurry to pick up their prescriptions.
Note to Paypal customers: You can add cash to your paypal account in this location by bringing your cash and a paypal bar code.

If I could score less than 1, I would. I sat in line at the drive through for ages behind someone. They finally finish, I pull to the window, and the tech tells me they've closed. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went to pick up a prescription on 2/22/25. Was the only person standing in line. 3 people in the back and they acted like I was invisible. Walked past me multiple times and didn’t look or say a word to me. Were very rude.

I won't go into the long drawn out story just trust me it's pretty unbelievable the way the the people working here treat customers. Save your sanity and go somewhere else. No wonder CVS is closing so many stores. I will be taking my complaint to corporate since no one locally cares. People come here sick and in pain. There's no care or concern. Instead, I was insulted and belittled by a pharmacy worker, all in front of her manager.

5 stars for the staff. I was here in the pharm lobby and they were very helpful and made sure I got my refill order processed without any issues. They were not the ones responsible for some medications being price gouged. Note: Sometimes the drive thru has a line.

The worst CVS around. I put my order in 1/15/24 and I waited a few hours and I went to go pick it up only to find out that it wasn’t ready. The young lady told me to come back after lunch be mindful it was around 11:30-12pm I said okay cool. 2 hrs later I go back and guess what my medicine still wasn’t ready. She told me to come back in 2 hours again I simply went home and I’m am transferring my medication to Publix’s because they usually have it in stock and better customer service. They are always out of medicine which is crazy to me. Like how are you always out of medication. Make sure you call to see if they even have your medicine in stock because you will be wasting your time going there just to be told that you have to wait or come back.

I want to give a HUUUUGE thank you to Avery. She went above and beyond to help me with a prescription and insurance issue. When I came through the drive thru she remembered me. I was under the weather and she asked how I was feeling. The amazing service when I was ill and needing my meds took some stress off. You Avery are amazing and appreciated. The whole staff that helped make this happen THANK YOU! I know your job is not always easy.

I visited the store # 2614 Jefferson Davis Highway because of my doctor sent my prescription there . It was cheaper than anywhere else! He was wrong. The doctor office gave me a coupon for medicine which is on CVS website. I was told it was old and instead of paying 34.05 I had to pay 63.21. I called CVS corporate office and left a message but we all know how it will end. CORPORATE NEEDS TO GO TO THIS STORE. Just look at all of the reviews

I have always had a good experience with this pharmacy. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The pharmacist has gone out of her way to give me important information.
I honestly went to a different town to get prescriptions filled or 2 years after we moved to Stafford because of the reviews I had read for CVS....but I have to say, that I have always had a very positive experience.

I will never step foot in this pharmacy again. Got to Publix or Walmart or Walgreens, everyone. I was in line at the pharmacy to pick up Advil Cold & Sinus which is an OTC drug, but is kept behind the pharmacy counter. At 5 pm, they announce that they’re closed and will not help anyone already in line. I asked if I could have the OTC drug for which I was in line. And a female (I believe she may have been the pharmacist) yelled at me saying, “NO! WE ARE CLOSED!” I have never felt so rudely treated in my life. Thank goodness there are plenty of other options around here.

This location is terrible, every time I go to pick up my prescription, they are making excuses like, we haven’t received the prescription or the prescription isn’t ready or there’s only one medication available or we’re out of that medication.
They’re so rude. please don’t come to this CVS pharmacy, cause you won’t be happy with them.
