I give Gloria 5 stars in the pharmacy. She works extra had and helps you in a very timely manner if you need assistance. Gloria is much better than the others pharmacists at knowing if you had previously explained you can't take a certain brand of medication. The others just seem to fill a prescription with the cheaper brand even if it doesn't work. Then you get there and have to wait and wait for it to be corrected. Gloria is right on it. She is an asset to CVS and especially tho this pharmacy! Good Work Gloria! Your the Best Pharmacist Ever!!

I’ve been standing at the front counter for ten minutes to check out but the store is empty. No one here to ring me up. This is crazy!!! Saturday there should be someone working here.

The woman at the pharmacy pick up with the stiff wig has THE WORST attitude of all time. I had called prior to showing up to ask if there were any at home rapid tests, I was told yes. When I showed up, I got greeted with nothing but horrible attitude. They treated me like I was a bum asking for spare change. I hope you get fired one of these days for your TERRIBLE customer service. You are a shame of a “pharmacist”. horrible attitude.

It was snowy day I had to pickup the proscription for my wife she was very sick. I come to the pharmacy it was 933AM in the morning. The pharmacist was not there to give the medication. Since the prescription was ready for pickup I asked the store manager a (brown African lady with curly hair) to open the pharmacy and give me the medication. She declined it and said there is not event a ETA When the pharmacy will open, very insane

They can never seem to find my insurance and always try to bill me without insurance. I’ve been coming here for years and do, in fact have insurance and it hasn’t changed. As usual I waited in the drive through for 25 minutes to then be told I have to come inside or pay the non-insurance price. I then waited in another line to have a rude person tell me I “need to have insurance.” I told her that I do and please run it again. She finally figured it out and then proceeded to then direct me to yet another line to wait in to then get the prescriptions. A total of 1 hour because they can’t figure out their system. I get that things happen but everyone here is always incredibly rude and very incompetent.

This place has the worst service... Inside or out, always a long wait and never accurate. Today after waiting at the drive up for 20 mins with 2 cars in front of me, I pull up and they put this sign on the window... I wish my insurance didn't require I come to CVS... they are awful!!

My child’s DR sends his 30 day supply of meds early each time it’s ready for refill. I give them an extra 4 hours to have it ready. Get there at 7pm and the line is long per usual. Get to the front and the prescription is not ready and when the cashier asked the Pharmacist, her reply was “what about it” Pharmacist was rude and it took everything in me to not give it back to her. I’m changing pharmacies ASAP.

Ridiculously slow Pharmacy. It should not take hours to fill one prescription. They want to tell you to come back around noon and then everybody is on lunch. Horrible Pharmacy go somewhere else
