Don’t waste your time. Car went from 17,500 to almost 22k out the door. The finance manager asked me to wait in the lobby after he realized my credit union wasn’t open on the weekend to cut him a check, and never said another word to me which rubbed me the wrong way. I had the cash and credit to make the deal but the way he moved just sent me to a more professional dealership where I found a much better deal on a newer model of the same car. If he wasn’t so shady and dismissive I would have bought the car just because of how much I wanted it and how cool the salesman was. Bottom line he’s not looking to make deals but more so someone he can take advantage of so beware.

I had an excellent experience with DMV Auto Finance! The team was great to work with, they were very responsive, and went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had! 100% recommend DMV Auto Finance to family and friends.

TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS! The good reviews could be bots/fake accounts. Terrible customer service, rude salesman, and, worst of all, super shady dealership with HIDDEN/HIGH FEES. They market vehicles online at lower prices to lure people into their place. Once you go in, the prices of the vehicles is much higher than they are online, their fees are very high. For a car that was about $12k, the price out the door would be $18k. $6k in fees??? The salesman even said that I paid all cash maybe we could work out a lower price… why say this for a cash payment? Could this be to avoid taxes or maybe some illicit activity going on? Go to a brand/franchise dealership and stay away from this small, shady dealership.

Buyers beware!!Don’t ever buy a car from here, this is the most janky and disrespectful car dealership I’ve ever seen and dealt with. They told me nothing but lies in order to sell me the car. At the time of purchase, I told them the car needed brakes and rotors because of the shaking of the vehicle when pressing the brakes. They told me “don’t worry we will take care of it just bring it back”. I called to schedule a time to bring it back after I purchased the care and they told me it’s wasn’t included in my contract for them to fix it. I told them the AC wasn’t working and they had the nerve to tell me that now I’m just complaining and just adding more things. After several attempts to get the car fix i gave up. They hung the phone up on me once and the left me on hold for over 15min because they didn’t want to talk to me. Then i just found out that they didn’t add tag and title in my deal which they told me in my face it was. Please everyone stay away from these disrespectful and unprofessional people and spend your money with a more reputable company that will take care of you and atleast have good customer service. There’s a reason why they have 1.4 stars… Please stay away !! 0 stars

Let me start by saying my experience with DMV was not good. I am in sales and you are judged by your reputation. When you say you will do something then you need to follow through or else you are not better than a used car salesman (pun intended). I bought a 2012 Infiniti G37x Coupe from DMV because I have a 2011 G37x and I know the engine is a tank. Before I get into my rant because it will be long, let me warn you that the price you see is not the actual sell price. DMV will add about $6K to the price for their "processing fee". I recommend you look at Carvana because there is not hidden processing fees and their price will actually be cheaper. After a couple months of driving, I realized by DMV was pushing for an expensive after-market warranty. The engine was improperly maintained by the previous owner. This is not the reason for the bad review though. I bought this lemon so now I have to live with it, to do with it as I please since it's my lemon now. Whatever DMV did to hide this fact is on me since I saw the warning signs like dark engine oil and a plume of white smoke when starting but went ahead and purchased the car.On two separate instance, once by the sales lady and second by the finance manager, DMV stated they send me documents. It was not until I pressed them that I discovered what they stated was actually not factual. They plainly lied. You see, I bought a car with a damaged bumper which DMV stated they could fix for a couple hundred at a local body shop. I negotiated an allowance to have it fixed in MD only to discover the fix was actually a little north of a thousand. I did the repair and when they promised me a check for the allowance it was not sent when promised. This was broken promise #1. The second time was by the Jason, the finance manager. He said the MD tags was sent out on a Thursday but when I pressed him for the tracking number he finally sent something on Friday only to discover it's a USPS tracking number he just got by submitting an online request Friday evening. This was broken promise #2.Say-do ratio matters to me and when their ratio sucks then I will give them a bad review. Sorry for the long write-up but I had to get this off my chest. I will never talk to DMV ever!!

Let me start with saying that I was a little reluctant going to a smaller private dealership on the infamous Rt 1 strip, but was pleasantly surprised by the end results after dealing with DMV Auto Finance. From the moment I did an online inquiry, sales rep Cobra, responded in a timely fashion and provided the info and additional pictures I required. When my wife and I showed up to the lot a few days later we were not bombarded with sales folks but were allotted time to browse around. When we decided to actually speak with a rep, Mike was available and super easy going in allowing us to inspect and test drive the vehicle of our choice. While deliberating over our final decision, Jason stepped in and pointed out a couple other vehicles that might suit our needs but never pressured us. When the final decision was made, we had a couple issues that needed resolution with the vehicle to confirm the purchase. DMV AUTO honored their word and had all issues fixed by a corporate dealership while Cobra communicated the process and then delivered the vehicle to my residence (which is a hike from their location). My personal experience with DMV AUTO and their ENTIRE staff was hands down amazing. I've got nothing negative to say at all. If you're in the market, give them a shot. Thanks again to Cobra, Mike, Ryan, Jason, their other employees and I think even the owner who assisted with my vehicle at one point.~DM

Mike V us the best. We got to the lot and realize that it wasn’t the car we was look for. He asked my husband for the name style and color and he found him the right car. 3 days later we came picked it up and it home can I say my husband is one happy man. Again we would like to thank the whole staff for making this process first and easy we will definitely be back.

Shadiest “dealer” ever. Please do not give any of your money to these moochers. Nobody wants to give an upfront answer. They’re very pushy because they don’t want you to realize how bad the actual car/deal is. Not really any of them knew much about cars and tried selling me a vehicle that didn’t pass inspection. Most of the time they were just spewing whatever they could out of their mouths. Thankful i wasn’t able to get the car I wanted from here, i ended up getting a way better deal from somewhere else. The staff are fake; on the inside and outside for some. This place is a better junkyard than dealership.

I would recommend! Great place, friendly staff.. although if your wanting to buy a vehicle with the oil already changed and ready to go 100% this place may not be for you… bought my 2013 wrangler… soon as I brought it home I had to change my oil and service my windshield fluid hoses, some chips and cracks in my windshield that was never mentioned or repaired… driver heated seat has issues that was never fixed… if u wanna buy a car here !!!CHECK EVERYTHING!!!!Other than a few minor instances that I failed to notice it’s an amazing lot!
