DO NOT RECOMMEND — AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Estes did not show for my scheduled pickup and made no effort to communicate that they would not be arriving. They were contacted multiple times during the pickup window and I was repeatedly assured the pickup would be completed. Only in the final five minutes of the window—after waiting over three hours—was I told that no driver was coming. This was only because I called back and not because they intended to let me know.
What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of accountability or apology from customer service, and no attempt to offer a feasible solution. I understand that unexpected issues can happen; what I cannot understand is the complete absence of communication and transparency. This company advertises reliability and 365/24/7 customer support, yet they missed a pickup and they did not make any effort to let me know the pickup window would be missed.
I’m sharing this so other customers can be aware, and in hopes that the company improves its communication and reliability going forward. Until demonstrated otherwise, I strongly recommend to avoid this company.

They told me that the driver would call me a hour before delivery and that did not happen. He just showed up without no warning and on top of that they changed my window timeframe of delivery on the day of. Won’t be purchasing from Home Depot no more. To Lowes I go.

Blamed Home Depot for being dishonest with me about shipping/ delivery status. Originally set to be delivered Monday. Estes corporate office staff in Virginia told me it would be delivered for sure on Friday. It is Sunday. No package. So much for honesty & accountability.

I had a delivery scheduled and confirmed which did not take place. I waited until the last hour before the delivery window to close to contact the Estes office in Stafford, VA because I was guided to check on the status of the delivery. A young lady, named Shae answered the phone and assisted me. She let me know that there would be no delivery. Needless to say, I was a little disappointed and disturbed at that news because I had been waiting approximately 5 hours for delivery and it was not going to take place and that no one had called me to let me know about this change. Shae was exceptional in resolving this issue. She immediately apologized, rescheduled my delivery for the next day and offered a follow-up call from her when she would arrive at work the next day. I don't think Shae even had an opportunity to set her purse down when she arrived to work...lol, she was on the phone calling me to ensure that the delivery was taking place and what time the driver would arrive. You don't see this type of service rendered to customers anymore and I wanted to highlight my deepest gratitude to Shae for her exemplary service. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Estes was two hours late from the 7 - 11am window that they gave me which they showed up at a little after 1pm. Because of this, I had to pay my movers for doing absolutely nothing and wasted their time. For this reason, I had to choose another company. Hopefully in the future, the Stafford terminal can get things together and on time. I wont be using them again unless it’s the absolute last option.

Ordered a jacuzzi, waited for over a month. Got a notification that it was due to be delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I hire movers, get everything set up, a truck shows up, third party “Humble”. Big ole box truck, open up the back and out they bring the cover for the jacuzzi. No jacuzzi in there. I ask them where is the jacuzzi thinking that they are the ones who lost it, they tell me Estes never brought it…. A day goes by, I’m calling estes who is blaming Humble and that it’s not their fault, nothing. I’m getting ready to file fraud with the jacuzzi company…. I call estes again and they proceed to tell me that they forgot to load it and it’s in their warehouse in Stafford. I call stafford warehouse they tell me it’ll be delivered “priority” the next day. Priority meant at 4 pm even though on their tracking site it said 1100, another day wasted and 30 phone calls later they are telling me that I need to understand shipping issues and that I will not be the first whose shipment they lose and waste time and won’t be the last. It’s like blind leading the blind, 0 sense of responsibility and 0 sense of customer service. The driver showed up after 4 and began complaining about how big and bulky the jacuzzi is and how is he supposed to move it. I feel bad for him, an old dude, should probably retire; so the two of us got it out and onto my driveway, but, all around incompetency on the estes part. Stay away if you can. They are terrible.

Totally screwed up my delivery from Home Depot. I called them several times and they promised would be delivered the next day. It is over 10 days late now and I have been promised on different 4 times next day delivery. Still don't have delivery and I am only 20 minutes from their Stafford location...

The employees are very nice but this company's service is awful. They postponed the delivery 3 times, and I had to travel 160 miles to get my box because they weren't able to deliver it on the 3rd time. Their excuse is always having driver's shortage, my assumption is because they are cheap and don't want to pay fair salaries. Home Depot & Lowe's should look for another reliable company for their deliveries. Finally, please don't reply to this review, because your "computer generated" response is annoying and has no sense. Thank you.

My bathroom vanity has been in Norfolk, Virginia for nearly a week. It has been showing as enroute to delivery for days. I've made 3 calls to customer service and learned the trailer has not yet been opened. Very frustrating since when ordering Lowe's said it would be delivered 6 days ago. Estes will not give me a delivery date.

Driver was awesome. Company not so much. You don't give someone a delivery window of 10am to 1 pm and have the delivery show up at 7pm. I had to take the day off so they wouldn't leave the parcel sitting in my driveway and then they showed up well after when I would have gotten off work. Just be honest next time. I would have rathered a later drop off time anyway so I wouldn't have to miss work
