Although we got gas just fine, I was using my walmart app to get ten cents off. Well, that worked all fine and dandy, but the app would not close for me to drive off. We went inside to ask the attendant if she could stop it where it was. And she said, no, that, because it was cloudy, it wasn't working. After 30 minutes of waiting for it to finish and it still didn't. I turned off my Bluetooth. I walked away from the pump, and still it took about three minutes for it shut off. The reason being is she would not reset it. So, this is where I go. Gas is fine as far as I can tell, but the attendant was totally unwilling to help us in the transaction.Anne gave us attitude when we asked for a receipt.

I always like Exxon. The fuel is clean unlike other gasoline station out there. I always have a good experience with Exxon. I do not settle for less when it comes to fuel. Price is competitive but I don't go here because of the price. I only care about the quality of the fuel after all this is the reason why Am here.

George the Sales Associate was extremely unpleasant and I suggest no one stop here for anything unless you pay at the pump.. walked into this store for a water, chips, and asked the rep for a lighter. Not only did he NOT speak when I greeted him, but during my checkout process he is staring at me in my eyes aggressively beating on the table and cash drawer. (Weird display of aggression when he was just quiet and not doing anything beforehand.) I checked out and asked him for the lighter and he said he didn’t ring it because you need an ID. Never in all of my years or even overseas has anyone ever said that to me. I asked for his manager because his negative aura was enough for me. The manager was in the back stocking stuff and I told him how terrible it was to have an experience that short and I suggest he finds new representation for his place of business before it gets the wrong impression. It was tags all of the floor and he finds time to have an attitude, not clean or even have a clean mindset. Sad.

Who ever is at the register tonight was quite rude. I get having a bad day at work but leave it at the door no matter what your position is. I listened to this guy call my dad a crazy person for coming in for a clarification on his credit card. It didn’t have a pin set up and he wanted to know if he could use it at the cashier instead of the pump. My father wasn’t angry, yelling, or anything he was just looking for clarification. THe guy at the register then said I can’t wait for winter when all the crazies aren’t here after my father left to the car. Not knowing he was my father. Thinking I’m going to sympathize with him except when I told him to not speak about my father like that he back pedaled. Sir I am sorry you had a cruddy day. But that doesn’t mean you should speak about people that way, especially not an old man getting gas at 10 pm on a Thursday night on a road trip with his daughter. Do better. Ended up giving the WaWa our money.
