the car wash almost broke my passenger side mirror off because one of the bristle brushes came too close to my car even though I was in the center and the driver side didn't come that close. This is the second time this happened.

I paid for a car wash and got my $.20 off a gallon of gas which was fine. I went through the car wash. I have a black car and when I went to start drying it, there was scratches everywhere and of course at this point I'm calling the insurance company and they're saying they wash their car. Nothing happened but I'm gonna fight this tooth and now I'm not happy.

Do not bother using Exxon's car wash on rt. 610 in Stafford, VA. Today, February 24, 2023, I purchased the $14 wash and besides the soap barely coming out, the under carriage spray, the wax, and the spot free rinse did not work. Next time I will spend my money at the 610 car wash that's a mile down the road. Thanks for nothing Exxon!

The attendant by the name of David, was unprofessional, disrespectful and lacked customer service training. I requested the information of his supervisor, and corporate. He refused to give me a refund for the car wash, when it didn't work. I had to get the police involved. Someone from corporate needs to contact me. I'm a 100% Disabled Veteran with nearly a million member following. This type of publicity in the veteran community would not look favorable for your company. The blatant disrespect rendered to me was unacceptable.
