Dr. Allan has never rushed me during my appt and always makes me feel welcomed. During her exam she is very thorough, she listens to all my concerns and addresses everything. If I call in or send a message on the patient portal, shes quick to respond and easy to get an appt with. She has really made an impact on my health for the better, and I'm extremely grateful for her.
Her Medical Assistant Latisha, whenever she calls me back for my appt shes always extremely cheerful and is always smiling. Shes very professional, quick to take vitals and medical history. There has been a couple times where my insurance wouldn't cover my prescription, and she would do the extra steps to make sure I got them covered. Her and Dr. Allan make a great team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!”
