I handed them urgent documents to ship to Canada, it has taken almost a month now and it is still awaiting custom clearance!!Fedex has been responding very poorly to my requests since then, their customer service takes long to respond and after all they repeat the same message and pretend to follow up on my parcel, but they never handled my request properly, the package is still pending delivery, and the package status has not been updated on the website either!I would never use Fedex for any package delivery, I wish I walked to Canada to deliver my package, rather than using Fedex!!!!

I had a great experience her and want to commend Kenya on her exceptional customer service in assisting many customers with seemingly large tasks. I was going in simply to ship 2 packages, but the company I was shipping to did not provide the zip code which I did not notice until she asked for the information. She was extremely patient in waiting for me to look up the proper address. She did not make me feel rushed even though she had multiple customers behind me. I let her know I would not be offended if she took another customer but I found the zip code pretty quickly, so she was able to process everything for me. It was an overall great experience and I hope Kenya gets the kudos she so well deserves. Also, when I was talking with her, I found out that she was trying to get to lunch, but it kept getting pushed back because customers kept coming in. Even through all of that, she was still very kind and patient with us all and even apologized to the customers behind me, assuring them she would get to them as soon as possible. This level of customer service is rare and hard to find, so please let her know how much her kindness and excellent service makes an impact on customers like myself.

Kenya was extraordinarily helpful. You can tell she takes pride in her work and the needs of her customers. On top of that she is one of the most genuine and nicest people I have ever met. Thank you, Kenya for turning my day around and helping me with such an important and urgent matter.

Fedex prices have gone way up hill. They charging extra for signature confirmation if you get insurance on a package. You must suck at your job if you require signature confirmation for insuring packages. I will be going with usps or ups. Then they had issues processing payment, my debt card has funds. They are absolute worst.

As a Notary Public/Loan Signing agent Fedex is essential to my business. The lovely ladies at this location make it extremely easy to ship and get a receipt when needed. Their exceptional customer service is unmatched. Trust me I've been to several in the area and they are the best. Ive even driven.past other places to drop my documents just to make it to this location.

An overall great experience! Very nice employees whom know what they're doing and don't pressure you. They regained my confidence in FedEx. Great Job Stafford FedEx! I visited the Stafford FedEx not too long ago, because I COULD NOT take another second at the Potomac Mills location. Aside from a few packages in always friendly Florida, I never really deterred from Potomac Mills. It gave me the worst impression of this business. Everything from careless employee to careless drivers to a package I was sending being delivered back to my house (they read the return address the whole time). I always grumbled and prepared myself for the worst. Then, entered Stafford FedEx. A complete 360 from Potomac Mills. I was greeted upon arrival by the employee. It is a small store - about two cart lengths - from entrance to counter. The employee was able to check in my package fairly quick and pass that time by telling me the dates of departure and arrival for my package. She gave me a receipt for the package and a coupon on my next copier order. It was a nice departure and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes (granted it was a busy Wal-Mart). None of these things could the Potomac Mills location do. From my experiences, I would highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back to this place (over the Potomac Mills location).

Customer service was great even with my cranky toddler present! The two ladies there were very informative with my package I was sending overseas. I waited for a bit in line, but the lady apologized for the wait time. Sometimes waiting is not so bad if you are going to be treated great.

Very slow service. Only one register was available. Poor operational setup for the busy holiday season. One employee worked the register. The other one named Erin tried to make herself useful. However, her customer service skills were lacking and she did not properly greet everyone the same. I was only dropping off a prepaid envelope and had to wait in a long line due to only one register being available. I will not use this location again.
