I cannot say enough good things about Gary Boxley and his team at State Farm, but I especially want to recognize Tina. She was absolutely incredible throughout my recent claim. From the very beginning, Tina went above and beyond—she patiently explained each step, always returned my calls quickly, and kept me updated so I never felt lost in the process. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful situation into something manageable and even reassuring. Tina truly made me feel like more than just a client, she treated me like family. I’m so grateful for Tina’s dedication and for the entire Gary Boxley team. I have talked to 2 employees at your agency to inquire about quotes. I believe their names were Karli and Lauren. Both were very friendly and were very knowledgeable about the products offered. They offered me add ons such as rental insurance which would help me get a better quote. Although I decided to go with another insurance on a shared policy with a family member, after dealing with your staff, I would definitely recommend the agency to anyone needing insurance. I can tell they really enjoy helping customers and will go out of their way to provide the best service and affordable quotes. A definite At from me!!

Gary Boxley has been my insurance agent for several years for all my family's cars as well as for our home. In addition to being professional, the agents in his office have always been very kind and helpful.
