We all know that to be healthy now in days it can be expensive and with so much information out there we don’t know what to go with. My experience at this store with the manager Obi was above and beyond. He was really helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions. He steered me away from some products that weren’t right for me and overall help me with my discounts. Store is kept nice and clean and has a huge variety. This is my favorite store by far!…again, customer service experience was the best.

Worst GNC in Virginia. The smell is unbelievable and the staff are terrible. Buy online or drive to Fredericksburg.

Owners lie about membership benefits. They give you runaround when trying to claim benefits such as credit earned or your bi-annual nutrition box.

Decently clean and well stocked store, however the staff push products HARD. I caution customers to do their research prior to entering store or you will be up sold.

WORST SHIPPING EVER!!!we ordered energy drinks from GNC.All drinks were thrown in a box with no wrapping of packaging even though we bought a case they still come separate, ontop of that the box doesn’t even have packing paper and the can’s get beat up from top to bottom. Last order was 3 cases and we had 36 separate cans rolling around in a box alone. On top of that they only shipped us 11 out of the 12 cans we ordered this past order, maybe if they were still in the cases it wouldn’t be such a mess

This store is amazing! The customer service is among some of the best I've ever gotten and they staff even helped me get a lower price on their premium membership. I've had it now for almost a year and I've saved so much money on the products I need! I highly recommend the Stafford marketplace GNC!
