Today I went in and was helped by Emily. Previously, my haircuts consisted of all one length and just getting trims. Today I told Emily I wanted a medium shag haircut, gave her one general inspiration photo, and left the details to her and her judgment. It was a slight risk, of course, but my trust in Emily was not in vain! She did a wonderful job. I absolutely love my new haircut and she was super sweet and very friendly! Thank you, Emily!

I requested a cut for my son, I showed a photo to the stylist but he really lacks experience and if he can't do it he should be honest, it's okay!
I leave it much shorter and with many steps or unevenness, it looks bad but we just have to wait for it to grow

I just moved to Virginia from Ohio where I had my favorite hair stylist at my favorite Great Clips and was praying I could find the same here in VA. I was happy to find a salon near my new home and met the nicest person, Ashley, who gave me a perfect haircut and a warm welcome to my new homestate. Kudos to Ashley for granting me the assurance I have found my new Great Clips.

Friendly, frugle, fantastic… and fast, but not too fast! ?
Not much of a wait, though this Great Clips is popular & really happening. Ms. Jenny was available in 15minutes, so a quick bite next door at Subway before my haircut suited me just fine!
$22 deal, with polite convenience and fun conversations, this is your family’s go-to in Stafford for a new-look! ? *Highly Recommended!!!*

Attendant appeared to be in a hurry. I asked for removal of ear hair around the outside of ears. She said she did but right side not done. Lower neck not trimmed and I didn't get clippings brushed off my hair, face and neck. All in all a bad experience.

I have been going here for a few years. I always had good experience. But today I took my son in to get his hair cut. I told the lady I was hesitant because his father only ever cut his hair and doesn't just like anyone giving him a haircut. the lady reassured me that she would do a good job. After the haircut she showed me and I was very upset. I showed her a reference photo prior to the haircut. not only did she cut the back of his hair. she also cut it tremendously very high. When I went home I also noticed my son still had long hair all around his neck area and no line up or anything. Very disappointed with the service this lady did. Luckly I took him to a different barber immediately and they fixed it for the most part. super upsetting to see a place I considered credible to do such a terrible job.

If the hours posted everywhere for your store (including on the door to the establishment) say that you open at 9 on weekdays, why was I shooed away at 9:50 and told that you open at 10? I believe this store is under new management, as the employees that I have previously had good experiences with are now gone. If you want to open your store at 10, at least change the schedule on your own damn door.

The wait - got the 15 minute text alert, then it took an additional 30 minutes. 45 minute wait from receipt of "15-min" alert.But haircut was good and people were pleasant, so I chalk it up to people who had checked in online and missed their window being kept at the top of the list - throwing wait times off when they finally show and are bumped back to front of the line.
