“We cannot say enough about the customer service and professional design advice (in appearance, function and how it is installed). Kevin's zero-pressure and willingness to answer our questions helped us have confidence in our decisions.
Our project was to renovate our carpeted staircase (install hardwood add a runner and change rail and pickets) and carpet the bedrooms. Because we have a unique hardwood in our house that isn't made anymore, he researched the product and found options that worked for us. His advice on carpet types and styles really helped us decide and we love our choices.
Finally, his installation team was perfect. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and took the time to make sure everything was right for us. They kept the work area clean and always picked up at the end of the day. A better install team can't be found.
Overall a very calm and happy experience from start to finish. This will not be our last project with the Floor Center of Stafford. Thank you Kevin and crew!”
