I went to this store today to buy a mower. And they told us the mower comes with 2 batteries and a charging cable. When we got home there is no battery or cable. I called to the store and told them there was no battery and cable, they told me to return it to the store when I told them if she can give me batteries and cable she said no. When we return it I asked if they can give me another one she said they are out of stock and if they are going to ship it I have to pay a shipping fee why?? Would I pay for shipping unless she is accusing us for theft or she said I have to purchase the cable and batteries separately again why?? It is not my problem if it comes without it when it is supposed
to, Very poor customer service her name was Lily and she is the one who spoke to me on the phone and sold me the item. She saw me with new born in the store and What is sad was she wasn’t trying to fix the issues instead I felt like she was accusing me she is very racist. She even said there is no manager at the store who can help us how that big store have no manager this is a white Lie. This is not the only time I had issue I had issue previously as well bc they didn’t refund the full amount to my credit card after they refunded the microwave and I had to go to the store and talk to them to fix the mistake which is crazy. I will never go back to the store ever again!!!

I am at Lowes about every other day. All it's missing is an inside coffee/donut shop to review ur shopping list. Personnel is friendly, helpful.

The store is fine. Easy to find everything. Staff is nice. I hate walking from the parking lot to the store. The vehicle traffic through there is horrible. Vehicles don't stop and fly through. Pay attention when walking. The vehicles do not.

First, do not order on line from Lowe’s. Ordered a new grill on line. Order specifically said grill would be delivered assembled. It came in a box unassembled via fedex. Product was clearly a “reboxed” item that had been returned and repackaged. Box was all banged up and one part was bent.

In March 2024 I had a Lowe's brand sliding glass patio door installed. At that time the installer notice that there wasn't a latch for the sliding screen door that came with the unit. Now it's August 2024 and during this 4 month period Lowe's has ordered three different latches with were all wrong. Two weeks ago I was told that I was getting a new screen door. Last week I was told I was getting a refund and that the replacement screen door was on order. I've tried being patient but this is getting ridiculous. Customer service just isn't what it use to be.

I bought a grill this morning and Tyler was extremely helpful in checking me out and loading and securing the grill. I hope someone in management sees this and gives him an atta boy. I tried to call but no one ever picked up for over 30 rings.
