Bought a washer and dryer and almost whole process has been terrible. Delivery and pickup of our old units was unprofessional and they left a mess and I had to do half the work. The dryer that was delivered had its door installed poorly. We were told it would be installed swinging one way, but it was delivered the opposite. The crew there said they couldn't change it. I went to do it myself after they left and found that the bolts for the upper hing were damaged when the door was installed. One of them was cross-threaded the whole way in the other bolt was stripped like it was over-tightened and was just spinning there loose. I eventually got the bolts out and both the threads on the bolts and where they came out of were unusable. I called back to Lowes and they said the only thing they could do was was pick up the dryer and deliver another one 5 days later. They also wouldn't pick up and deliver in the same day unless I wanted to front the money of the dryer first. I explained I now don't have a usable dryer now, so I can't do laundry, and I shouldn't have to wait 5 days when I just need new bolts so I can reinstall the door. I had to drive to Lowes and match up some bolts so I could reinstall the door on my new dryer. They just now picked up the new dryer and left a giant puddle of water all over the floor and water on top of the new washing machine. I still have to wait for them to deliver the new dryer tomorrow and I'm willing to bet the dryer door won't be installed on the correct side.The only good thing I can say about my experience was the salesman at the store where the washer and dryers are was very kind and professional.UPDATE: So after the damaged dryer was picked up, I never received a confirmation time that night when the delivery would be the next morning. I called first thing in the morning to find out they canceled the delivery of the replacement dryer because no one put it into their system that the damaged one was picked up.They then had to schedule it for the next day. When it arrived the following day, they said they couldn't do the installation because there was no power cord, because they took the one I already purchased with the damaged dryer. I then called back to the store and they told I would have to wait 2 more days for them to come out and do the installation.So instead of waiting 2 more days, I drove to Lowes to grab the power cord so I could do the installation myself.

I get all my buckets for gutter cleaning from Lowe’s. I love going to Lowe’s everything is so easy to find and there are employees to help you along the way. I have definitely been using all three locations near me for at least a dozen years now and I plan to go back a lot more

Like almost every other customer who goes into a home improvement store, my expectations were a little low. Imagine my surprise when I found the store well-lit, spotless and the associates friendly without being pushy. This calls for a return trip. Well done.

I come to Lowe looking for 24' inches oven kitchen. Storey Thompson, he is working at appliances department. He is really nice and professional services. He explained clearly about the product. He also told us how to use each product. I and my older sister really appreciate his professional and kindness helping. Thank you so much Storey Thompson.

Supervisor Amanda V. that assists in appliances is what made my husband's and my experience so easy and enjoyable. We had two associates before her that didn't quite seem to know what they were doing, and it was taking such a long time for them to assist us. Once she took over and helped us, she was able to accomplish what we were seeking in about 5-10 minutes, vs. the prior associate who took about 30-45 minutes to try to help us, unsuccessfully. Went into Lowe’s to make a purchase as I do a lot. And for the first time no one asked for my phone# or anything. Cashier seemed preoccupied. She gave me the total which was only $39.95 and I handed her $40.00 and I said oh wait I need to put in my # to get my military discount, she said it’s to late and I said it’s not to late, and I said you are still holding my money in your hand so just give it back and void the sale. she said yes it’s to late and then proceeded to punch in the amount I gave her and pulled out a nickel and receipt and I said even though it’s a small amount I still want my discount. She told me I could then go to customer service on the entire other side of the store from the contractors registers and get a refund and repurchase the items. I said are you serious right now. She (Fatima) called another associate over and she told me the same thing. I told them both that it would have never happened if she would have just let me put my # in before she completed the entry into the register. And although this was a very small purchase, I felt I was being screwed out of my discount. Cashier preoccupied and not wanting to void out a sale and actually wouldn’t give my money back that she was holding in her hand before she completed the sale. Is not except-able at all. Between myself/my company and my daughter we spend Thousands each week here. Not happy at all

Not a good hardware store. Fine for other things. They have a guide to determine size screw you need, but then of course don't carry that screw. They really carry very little in that regard.

They suck! Everyone at customer service stands around and acts like they don't know what's going on.I saw a bookcase on display that I wanted to purchase, grabbed the ticket with the item number. Then went to pay at the self-pay. Went to costumer service to pick-up my item and two people just stood there like deer , seeing headlights. Then i was told that they didnt have the item. I had to ask them to check another store. Not sure why they didnt suggest this from their end...

Visited Lowe’s yesterday night around 6:30-7:00pm. In the out door garden section where the seed is stored on pallets. Literally hundreds of mice eating spilled seed from broken bags left on the floor . You can watch the mice run back and fourth all over. I understand the garden department is outdoors but the mice are clearly overpopulated in this area. Hundreds of mice running around eating seed. Health hazard for people shopping this area or buying seed.

Disappointing visit today. We felt that the associates at this location had no idea where any of the items were. We wasted so much time getting kicked back and forth between lumber and home and garden for simple lawn stakes!Meanwhile I’m left with my mom frustrated with little to no help during our visit. I saw many associates more engaged with each another, goofing off on a painting project drawing stick figures, laughing away.

Store manager gave me a hard time, literally took over an hour to exchange 2 broken kobalt rakes, and a kobalt shovel! They are supposed to be lifetime warranty, but yet I got hassled for over an hour. They said you need the receipt. When I pulled up THEIR POLICY, their tune changed. I believe the manager was Brian or Scott, short white guy, with a camo vest.Sad that this is how they treat good customers. Won't be spending my money there anymore.

Much better than the Woodbridge location! There were employees throughout the store assisting customers with was nice to see. Their selection of items w is good and the store was clean. I was shopping for some products in the lumber/decking section and their prices, on those items, were better than Home Depot’s prices for those same items. I recommend this location.

I go out of my way to shop at this location, I have a different store closer to me but I absolutely adore the customer service and attitudes of employees at the Stafford location. Thank you HR or Management for ensuring your staff is 110% at all times, they rock! I had an issue with an exchange this evening and was dreading walking in with the return, I called earlier and Maddie answered the phone, I arrived with return and she instantly came over to me with the same great attitude she had when she answered the phone to help me. Where else do you find customer service like that? NOWHERE!

Jackie in the customer service department is amazingly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us in a tough situation and was very nice to deal with. She is the reason we choose Lowes over other diy stores.

Iike going to Lowe's I can always find what I need. And I like the way they honor our Military . I just wish they would sale Military flag for every branch of service. I would like to buy a Army flag. Because. My husband was in the Army. Keep up the great work Lowe's.
