I do not recommend this dealer, I paid for my car with cash and license plate, they told me they were going to send it to me and they only sent me the papers for me to request my license plate and there was a missing part in my car, they told me they were going to send it, I called for the part and they told me I arrived soon and drove 1 hour and a half to the diler and they told me that they had already sent it, an experience that I had never had in other dilers... so I do not recommend it...

Get got a 2008 F-450 get price, great people. Very happy and delivering old truck that we decided to keep back to our house in Maryland for a great price.

I bought an Audi 2017 from this dealership in August. On the website, it was listed for $11,995. When I checked the car, I realized the AC was malfunctioning. So, I asked them to go fix the AC. They agreed and went and fix the AC. I practically spent the whole day there and was very tired.
When it was time to pay, one of the workers told us they could help us register the car at the MVA since we live in Maryland. I accepted.
Do you know that instead of paying for a tag for me these guys added the money to the cost of the vehicle? they took advantage of the fact that we were in a hurry to go to work after waiting for almost the whole day at their shop.
I went to the Motor Vehicle Administration Center here in Maryland only to be told those guys did not make any payment. When I called their office today, the first thing they told me was to check the contract I signed. That is when I realized these people are thieves.
Beware of Mega auto outlet. If you must accept any additional services, please make sure the give you a receipt to cover that. These people are thieves.

This dealer peoples are liar. They agree in one price by the phone when you reach out there they change the price about $2000 or more Higher . We agree for the price by the phone. We drove two hours to get there And they told us they can sell the car for the price to us And all the cars they have they get it from auction all of them repairs in the back of their dealers Those pin jobs not last more than six months. I’m Professional painter I didn’t find not even one good car there

These people are the worst! They don't keep their word and go dark when they are called out. Left them a $200 deposit that they told me was refundable on a car that wasn't even listed for sale yet. When I decided not to purchase they all but disappeared. Is this the type of people you want to do business with? Just imagine if it were a used car? Bet they go dark there as well if something ends up being wrong! Poor business practices all the way around! STAY AWAY!!!!

Do NOT use this place. I say a 2014 BMW 435i and they insisted I put the car on hold with a $250 deposit which was “refundable,” and I did not end up getting the car now no one is answering the phone. They said it will be sent back in a “check” and it’s been almost 3 weeks and nothing has came. Very unprofessional. Don’t go to them they will lie to your face.
