DO NOT USE THE ATM THERE. It will withdraw it from your account, but you will not get your cash. The rep at the store said it has been happening a lot. Well DUH management, get it out of the store if you know there is a problem with it for your customers, or post something on it and advise people not to use it. Complete BS I go to make a withdraw and get robbed by the ATM on their property. Yup, called police for a report.

This is one of the very few Shopper's left.... They were very popular in the 80's and 90's all throughout the Northern VA area, but they died off.They're known for having great produce and interesting, ethnic products.This location is very clean, perfectly stocked and had lots of employees. Seems that each time we go, it's dead inside. So, we go often, at least while in Stafford Marketplace to stay away from other people (not that we're scared of Covid, because we're not 'woke' like that... Rather because we'd rather stay away from all the other folks, just "because!").Prices are a little higher than they should be. But they have self check out and nice fresh foods too.

I went to the store to purchase Apple fritters. I purchase eight and paid for eight. I clerk asked if I had only paid for six. I clearly had paid for eight. She told me that people had been"stealing apple fritters". She also said she needed glasses and a 6 looks like an 8. I asked why I was so special to be asked about how many donuts I had purchased. I can only assume because I was black. She did not challenge and other customer while I was in the store. I told her I did not need to steal a damn donut. I hope this franchise goes out of business. I will never shop there again.

I'm from out of town but was visiting family wanted to pick up a few items to prepare meals. I was looking for vegan cheese and could not locate it. I asked a worker for assistance and he said, "I don't know" and continued to work. He (Mason) didn't even attempt to ask a coworker or supervisor for help. I ended up going to guest services where they were able to help locate it.

Very poor customer service. Representatives are rude and clearly don't have any interest in helping customers or being there. And by all means don't ask about an EZpass or the old shoppers card. We won't be back.

I normally get my bottled water there and exchange the core bottles when I do it when I do my shopping. For the past two visits they have been out of bottled water. I decided to just turn in the bottle and get my core value back and they refused to refund me. I told them I would just take merchandise of value to the core and they refused. They told me they will only give the core credit towards a replacement bottle of water. They took my money for the core so they should refund me if they can't supply the product. With that said, Shoppers lost a customer over the value of the core. I gave them the bottle and walked away saying I hope it was worth it....

It has a great food selections but it is true that their customer skill level is terrible. That big lady who stands on self checkouts may need to get another job because it shows on her face that she hates being there and snapped at me when I asked politely if she could help me with how to scan the fruits.

Horrible customers service.Apparently the seafood section pulls their meat at 8p, well I came up to the seafood counter at 8:04 (coming all the way from DC/95 traffic) and they had already pulled all the meat. I asked the lady if I could just get still get 1lb of shrimp and this lady working there just shrugged her shoulders and "no, we already put it up" and walked away. 4mins!!!I struggle to make it to Stafford,va by 8p daily and this is just a reminder why not to shop here... Shoppers, your employees are horrible!!!!
