Very solid store. In retail like this I'm really just looking to see if the layout is good and the employees are respectful. In both cases the boxes were checked. The store is split easily men on one side, women on the other. Very easy to see clearance and on sale sections. Employees were kind and I was asked if I required assistance on two occasions by different employees. Fitting rooms were well kept and the attendant there was respectful as well. I'll be back.

Prices are high. Wife cut her hand on a display. Took the 5mins to find a bandage and offered zero help.

I haven't been to an Old Navy store in several years but I was shocked by how expensive the clothes are for such average quality. I went to TJMAXX and found much nicer clothes with much higher quality.I think the chain has lost touch with what their brand is/was.But I give 2 stars because the store appeared clean and organized.
