Love this pet smart I've got two kittens from here ❤️ they're just the sweetest addition to our family also they always have lots of kitty's too adopt if you haven't been I highly recommend also usually ALWAYS have everything in stock that ya need. 🤗The staff here and cashiers are amazing 🤩😍 very helpful with a great attitude thanks guys for always making my time at pet smart worth while 🤗

Robin did an incredible job with our puppy Bucky. In just a few lessons she took him from being a tyrant who could not under stand the concept of a leash to a certified good boy who can do off leash recall, follows just a few feet behind us and will wait patiently for his food and walks instead of jumping a pulling line crazy. Her careful attitude and patiencee and adaptability kept us motivated even when we were frustrated. She adapted to our discipline needs and trained us just as much as she trained Bucky. Trust the process. Be consistent! Thanks Robin.

We really enjoyed our training with Robin. She’s very knowledgeable and great with the dogs. Our dog Titan was very stimulated on week one and over the course of the training we saw marked improvements. We continuously reference her enrichment guide which has so many things our dog now loves.

The leash to bring my dog back from the groomer was so tight around my dogs neck she was coughing and choking. At one point she was on the ground, and they drug her the rest of the way. It was so tight when she got to me, i couldn’t get a finger under it to relieve her from coughing. The lady wouldn’t take it off until I got her collar on. Lady, the door is closed, and she is very well trained. I told her 3 times to undo the leash and to stop choking my dog. Her only response was “I’m not going to lose my job by having her unleashed”. Never had any issues here before. But I will most definitely make sure she never touches my baby again. If she was hairless she would have visible bruises. 1/10 service today. And she is still shedding after I paid for deshedding.

The Banfield at this location is fantastic, with caring veterinary staff and a highly professional, friendly support team. I'd also recommend the training services for beginner obedience, which helped my energetic dog quickly master basic commands and leash walking. I'd definitely avoid the grooming services. Dog Krazy, Inc. is my local go-to. It's just a 5 minute drive down Garrisonville, and offers more professional services at a fraction of the cost.

Ive had my dogs groomed at Petsmart for over 4 years and never had an issue. Sydney groomed my dog today and not only is my dog not cleaned and her nails not done, I was overcharged for services that I did not ask for or receive. Then I got to speak with a manager named Cameron who was uncaring and disrespectful. I was hung up on twice. They both ignored the requests about my dog having allergies and all other notes I specifically put in the appointment when I booked it on the app which is now costing me a trip to the vet on top of already being overcharged for services I did not approve, add to the cart in the app when booking or even get discussed with me. Im not sure what is wrong with these new team members here but im disgusted in manner in which they think they can treat people and their dogs.

All of our Pups feel at home there with the Grooming Staff once they realize what they are at PetSmart for. They are our little children and we know they are always taken care of during there visit with the Grooming Staff.
