Richard Wallace is the best person to go to when purchasing a home and I dare say to manage any kind of financial transaction. Richard is efficient, knowledgeable, professional and personable. He makes everything so easy for us whenever we’ve used him. We give him the necessary information which he asks for and he immediately goes to work and before we can bat an eye, he has it DONE!! He gives good advice and has an answer for whatever questions we come up with. We have used Richard in at least four transactions and our kids have used him in as many as that or more. Whenever someone suggest someone else, our answer is “nope, we’ve got our man and his name is Richard Wallace”. We wouldn’t think of anyone else cause we are pleased with Richard.

The Wallaces @ Priority are hands down the best I've ever worked with. I bought my first home a few years ago and have used (and referred) Richard & Sarah for purchases and refinances since then.
I was referred to Richard after a bad experience with another lender and will be a client for life. I worked with Sarah on my recent refinance and was equally as impressed. Love these folks and couldn't recommend them any more highly.

Richard is the most high speed broker my husband and I have ever had when wanting to buy a home. We attempted to start the home buying process in two other states with 4 different brokers and with all four, we were always the ones to have to reach out to them and they all gave us stipulations on how to be approved by the VA and were always very difficult to get ahold of. However with Richard, it was a completely difference experience. The first thing that stuck out to us, was that Richard reached out to us and then the fact we are both veterans who wanted to use the VA loan, that didn’t scare him off one bit and he never once gave us stipulations to get approved. He was so high speed and stayed on top of the home buying process. Thanks to Richard working his magic in the background, we are now in a gorgeous three level home and even after the process has been completed, he is still working in the background to ensure we have the best mortgage rates possible. If you want a high speed broker, Richard is your guy. He stays on top of the job and he has been the easiest person to get up with via phone, text, and email. He is very responsive which we thoroughly appreciated. Thank you Richard for working your magic! We are truly grateful for your help! Priority financial truly has a hidden gem.

After working with FOUR other companies trying to refinance, I'm so glad to have met Richard! He was recommended by two coworkers and although I was hesitant to call because we had just completed the application and were working on the next steps paperwork with another company, I gave it a shot. He had better rates, better closing costs, easier paperwork and was sooooo fast! I would DEFINITELY recommend Richard Wallace for your refinance needs!!!!

Richard Wallace was just what I needed for my real estate transaction. He was recommended to me by my realtor, and I am so glad she did. Richard is straightforward, knowledgeable, and prompt. Updated lending regulations during COVID-19 threw a couple monkey wrenches in my plans, however Richard ensured that I was informed along the way.
