Had a 7 a.m. appointment on 6/19 for blood work. Check-in was straightforward through my smartphone. The wait time was non-existent. Rachel drew my blood and was incredibly professional and very pleasant. As we were leaving, the other woman there thanked us and wished us a good day.

This was my third attempt to get my blood drawn at this Quest Diagnostic. I had made appointments two other times this week and none went like today's appointment. Today I received a text to let me know I could check in on my phone and sit inside lobby and wait to be called. I was actually called on time. For someone like myself that is EXTREMELY nervous about having to get lab work done not having to wait is very important. My nerves get the best of me. Today even though I was in tears (real tears) MERARI was EXCELLENT! I explained to Merari how much I dislike getting lab work done and she handled me with extreme care. I just wanted someone to know how much I appreciated Merari today from the lady who cried real tears at 6:50 am!

Late, discourteous, and unprofessional. I got skipped in line and had a 0900 appointment that didn’t start till after 1000. Unbelievable there is one person working and almost a dozen appointments in the office. I could hear the worker just having small talk in the back while we waited. I was late to work by multiple hours.

I LOVE this quest location. Appointments can fill up, especially early appointments (good for fasting tests). But appointments are definitely the way to go.
I made my appointment 2 days in advance for an early (7am) appt. On the morning of, I got a text an hour or two before my appointment with a link to check-in when I got there. As soon as I parked, 6:59, I used the link to check-in in and out was just one click and a Yes. No info to fill out at all.
I walked in and sat down and in less than 1 minute I was called back. There were others in the waiting room, not sure if they were walk-ins or their appts were after mine, but I was called right away, exactly at my time
My phlebotomist was EXCELLENT. Her advice to take a deep breath on entry and exit of needle was extremely helpful and the first time anyone had ever mentioned that to me!
I BARELY felt a pinch on the way in. She had a very steady hand and the needle never moved a nanometer as she changed vials, and I think there were 5 or more! She was friendly and extremely nice. She made it an actual pleasant experience. She's definitely a keeper. Give her a raise. 😁
Disclaimer: I have never had her there before, I don't know her, I don't even remember her name, but I sure hope I get her in all my future visits.
Note: you were out of the butterfly needles so she had to use the old fashioned kind, which I generally don't care for at all. But this was essentially painless.
A FAST, EFFICIENT, PAINLESS, and PLEASANT experience. What more could I ask for.

First patient to walk in at 6:30am and here it is almost 7:30am haven’t been seen, they are taking other walk ins. Keep saying “we will get to you” it’s for my son who is 13, are you scared to stick a minor. So frustrating. Get it together. Highly do not recommend.

Set up appt at the Stafford ,va office for my aunt on the 7 th at 11:50 when she got there at 11:30 they told her her apt was changed to 1:30 we were never sent anything about it being changed and she was fasting . there was only two people there waiting so why couldn’t they take her in . I thought labcorp was bad but quest is getting as bad . SMH

Hard to communicate . When I try to call there is no real person to answer , only machines . I had 2 blood tests for 2 different doctors . It's been 3 days and I only received 4 exact test results for 1 doctor . And nothing for the other doctor whom I have appointment soon . Disappointed .

Excellent care and service at this facility. I'm a hard draw and the tech was skilled...one stick and no bruises. Wait time was acceptable as the office only had one tech at the time. She was very efficient and was not rushed. She took great care of all the patients there.

There were a few people in waiting room the tech that was drawing blood came out and apologized that there was a wait that they were short handed this morning I thought it was very professional to come out and explain why there was extra wait time I really appreciate that she took the time explaining that to us. The extra waiting time was only a few extra minutes. She seemed to be a kind person and did not rush what she was doing which put me more at ease.
