About Rowser Building
The Rowser Building is the Stafford County community center, located on the corner of Rt 1 and Rowser Rd. It is a really nice facility with offices, activity rooms, gyms, and a really nice Senior Center which includes several dedicated rooms and a dedicated commercial kitchen. There is also another building next door for additional activities. The main hallway features a big, beautiful, and informative mural about the history of African Americans in Stafford. The facility is perfect for events like baby showers and graduation parties, with a beautiful room, large enough for eating and dancing, and an amazing commercial kitchen. The bathrooms are clean, and there is a lot of history on the walls. The staff are very professional, helpful, and friendly, making the reservation process a delight. It is extremely affordable with plenty of parking. The Rowser building offers activities and classes for all ages, including great senior activities like exercise classes, yoga, art classes, open art studio, movies, bingo, and games.

There for a graduation party. The room was large enough for eating and dancing. The bathrooms were clean, and there was a lot of history on the walls for your reading pleasure.

This is my polling place, so I was only there to vote this time. However, I did take a Parks and Rec class here years ago and the facility was very good.

The only time I go here is for the Fredericksburg 's Seed Exchange (last Saturday in January). Easy to find and plenty of parking. Inside lots of space for the events.
