great costumer service! Ive been here a couple times and all times were good but when i came in the other day they asked if i needed any help and were super sweet and when i was off a few dollars one of them were going into a tip jar i think and even her wallet to help me out :) they even tried helping me get cheaper products that work just as great so the price could go in my budget and the place is very organized and amazing

One lady with a cute hat was nice at the register but the girl who rang me out with purple hair couldn’t have been more annoying to deal with. Why you gonna get mad at me for asking why the item I picked out wasn’t in the bag cause you put similar but different item in the bag instead? That’s just weird AF. Attitude wild.

I bought a electric brush and unfortunately lost the receipt. The product doesn’t work the way I thought it would but i am not allowed to return it. When it was sold to me the clerk should have said for electronic items you need the receipt in order to return. Now I am stuck with a $74 product that I can’t use. ?♀️ Sally’s customer service is awful but they don’t care ?♀️

The African American lady that was working in the store today was very rude and had a nasty attitude. She acted like she didn't want to help nor answer any questions. The next time I visit the store and see her, I am walking right back out. If you don't like your job or don't want to be there go somewhere else because your customer service and attitude is terrible! Very disappointed. However, there was one young lady trying to help everyone, I did appreciate her help.

I really wish the staff was kinder and more helpful. They do nothing but sit at the front in groups and gossip. I was in the store over 30 mins looking for products and NOT one employee of the 4 asked if I needed any help. I was the only customer in there. On top of that they told me they no longer carry plastic bags and if I wanted a bag I would have to purchase a paper one for 15 cents. With an armful of stuff I had no choice but to buy a bag. How do you not offer bags and expect someone to pay so they don't have to carry an armful and drop things on the way to their car. I love Sally's but will no longer shop at this location. If you like run and disrespectful employees then this is the location for you!

Will never give this Sally’s my business again. BIG lady there told me to wear my mask “properly” or she’ll kick me out WHILE NOT WEARING A MASK. talk about hypocrisy. I’m sorry my damaged lung makes it hard for me to breath in a mask and it’s suuuuuch an inconvenience for you while not wearing your own mask. Used to go in here once a week and spend atleast $50. Never going here again. Sally’s will never get my business or the business of anyone I know from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would? I have a medical condition BUT I still wore a mask in the store out of respect because of the store policy but when I was walking around the store I couldn’t rlly breathe so I jus pulled my mask down under my nose and the girl that was working there told me if I didn’t pull my mask up over my nose that she was not going to ring me up when I got to the cashier. I tried explaining to the girl that I had Asthma and that it’s hard to breathe an she laughed at me and so did the customer that she was working with. Its ridiculous what this world is coming too... NEVER GETTING MY SERVICE.

Customer service is horrible walk in the door they demand you use the nasty sanitizer place at the door. The manager standing at the door saying wear your mask & to be worn fully over your nose and mouth correctly, or you will need to leave the store. I'd spent lots money here before and this girl was so nasty I will never come back sure beware .

I was shocked when I went in to Sally's in Stafford with my mask on i step in take a second step only to have an associate step in front of me telling me there was hand sanitizer I said ok ill get some on my way out. It was at this point she told me she could NOT let me in without using hand sanitizer. I was shocked her approach was so rude not once did she even say hello welcome to Sally's as I'm used to and the fact that she blocked my patch not once but twice because as she said she could not let me in the store which I was already in but instead of fuss with this ride associate I turned and left. I ended up by the Sally's in Woodbridge where I was greeted respectfully I was told there was sanitizer if I wanted i was welcome to use it. It was at this point i thanked them and told them of my experience at Stafford location where they told me that the way I was treated was not the store policy and they all 3 associates apologized for what had happened. I appreciate their kind words and their respectful manner. It indeed made up for my bad experience which I am grateful for I wish I had gotten all the ladies names the 3 great ones in Woodbridge and the one not so great in Stafford.

Poor customer service! Sales associate have me the wrong product, when I asked for a refund or exchange for something else. They said they can't. If it was not my mistake why can't I get my money back or exchange. This is ridiculous!!!
